Great Gulf - Great Finishes & Great Customer Experience!They would care for your house as their own - unlike other builders that would treat customers as just another number.Whatever minor kinks/issues that did come up were resolved in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

No shared planning, scheduling, or information apart from We'll get to your unit when we get to your unit".I've been watching the workers on their zoom booms -- it's essentially one worker on the lift doing the repair work whilst a partner on the ground is performing fresh air inspection.I'm now on week three of condo balcony lock-out waiting for the floor vinyl to be replaced. It's amazing how some companies will completely disregard both the mental health and physical aspects of unit accessibility."

The manager for Great Gulf Rommuel went above and beyond to help with the replacing and painting of an arch that blew off near the highest point on the front of our house. I had no way of repairing or replacing that piece. Rommuel followed up on this task had the arch installed then painted it himself. Very happy with Great Gulf and the professionalism of their staff. Thanks again Rommuel.

Purchased my first pre-construction home from Great Gulf Milton Village in September of 2020 after years of renovating and owning older homes. The sales rep who I dealt with Mitch was helpful and informative answered all my questions and concerns I had. The sales office receptionists Jennifer & her colleague she works with are always pleasant to deal with whenever I need to stop by the sales office. I’m looking forward to receiving my Great Gulf Home.
