I can honestly say that it has been a long while since I have had that level of poor customer service.Not only did my hair stylist argue with me about what I had been scheduled for, but then she went on to complain to me and her other customer about how much work she had to do.Someone that so obviously hates their job, does a disservice not only to the customers they disrespect, but also to their employer.I was trying to support local small business, but I will not be going back to Damaris.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gillian really knows her stuff when it comes to massage therapy. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone with issues, or just want to spoil themselves a bit.

Excellent service! Very friendly and professional staff. I'm almost in my third trimester and was in for a massage. I felt very comfortable during my appointment and I already went a head and booked my next massage in two weeks time. I couldn't be happier!

Visted for a hair cut. Experience was very nice. They have not towels and use Aveda products which all small amazing. My only complaints are about parking. I had to park across the street as they don't really have a parking lot of their own. And also the proximity of the front desk to the salon area means that if they are being loud and chatty at the desk you can here them Which kind of destroyes the whole atmosphere they are going for.

I had Dayna as my hairdresser today. She is the best! Very passionate and skilled. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend this spa. Professional, friendly staff. LAUREN Carter is a very gifted massage therapist. I also got a nice manicure at this location. Looking forward to a future spa day when I am back this way.

If you're a man looking for a haircut, this place is NOT for you unless you like the Forrest Gump look.This business is a spa and wellness centre and not a hair style studio.If cuteness, incompetence and reassuring customers that their hair will grow back is a business plan, then Damaris Spa and Wellness Centre has achieved its goal.Good thing I have a fine selection of ball caps.

Terrible management. Bought a gift card for our niece to use and she called multiple times to book an appointment and was never called back. It was for her graduation and has now left the province and the gift card is useless. We called to ask for a refund and the receptionist was lovely and couldn't really help. However the owner was a piece of work. Instead of explaining why gift cards are not refundable, she became extremely condescending and basically mocked us and said we were not getting our money back. I asked her not to speak to me like that and she said I was just mad because I wasn't getting my money back. Based on some of the other reviews I've just read, the way I was treated was not the first time. I hope she learns to treat people the way she wants to be treated.
