I find the front desk ladies I’ve dealt with very rude, and they seem to be bothered when anyone comes in , like how dare we take them away from doing nothing.

I called with a very simple question (all my local lines were busy) and the lady i spoke with was very condescending and refused to help me without me actually driving to okotoks to speak with her in person. Very disrespectful, and even laughed when i told her she wasn’t being helpful

Engage in tailgating, aggressive driving, and road rage. Pull people over with no good reason to do so and then harass them / ask them a bunch of irrelevant questions.

The RCMP service is excellent overall. It's too bad there are not more RCMP policing in the town.The reason for 3 stars is due to the reception people at their main entrance kiosk windows. They are extremely short and harsh with people who are coming in for help and guidance. It appears that they are not subject to any form of accountability in their interactions with the public.

The woman secretary had no communication skills, and was so disrespectful towards my father who has a brain injury. Screamed at us and basically told us to leave. She should be fired.
