I was a loyal customer for many years. Some portion of my shipment always arrived damaged. They always credited me for the damaged goods but went out of their way to tell me I'm their only client who ever complains about damage. I didn't appreciate that because it cannot be true, but it wasn't a major problem...UNTIL my last shipment whereby they delivered a large shipment that was the wrong specs. That had never happened. The owner refused to fix the problem and completely ghosted me. Good luck working with a company that refuses to fix their giant error after years of service. Never again!
