Don’t waste your time or money. I will NEVER be back. Terrible customer service. They don’t let you return after 48 hours and do not tell you this rule at purchase. (Just to clarify packages were unopened and purchased 72 hours ago; even requested store credit - declined). So much competition in the market; several better options. HARD PASS.

I’m 43 and have been to nearly every dispensary in London. This is the only one that asks for ID. I forgot mine and was refused service. I have a lot of grey hair and I’m balding. Still refused service. Simple, I just won’t give them my business when there are so many other better options in the city
