I came here 3 1/2 years ago and if was fabulous. This time around I wish I could say the same. My paint job felt like sand paper, plus they cracked my windshield. When I took it back they were great at getting it back in but now my paint has unwanted black flex and bubble, plus new scrapes and a new down to the paint scrape on my hatch. When I brought it back I was told that I’m making thing up and called I lied by there Manager Shelly and Rebekah. Who didn’t have time to look at the photo they had from there walk around when I first dropped it offResponse ⬇️- Unfortunately the company has not been in contact with me since my last interaction with Shelly and her daughter Rebekah. I was told that her boss would be in contact with me but I haven’t heard from him yet.

I can't say thank you enough to estimator Kelsey and the team at Boyd St. Albert! What a fantastic job on getting my Mazda looking brand new again!Communication was great, and the job was completed a lot sooner then expected.

After being side swiped on the yellowhead, Boyd Autobody and Glass st.Albert turned are really crummy situation into something a lot better! The whole staff was out of this world.Susan at the front, Rebekah the Estimator & Stewart, to cap all the wonderful service I know they are being lead by an outstanding leader! Shelly the manager came to check in and made sure I was happy with everything! Truly made this who experience wonderful! Would highly recommend!

I attempted to use them to do an estimate and repair job on my vehicle as I was rear ended recently. I work Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm in downtown edmonton and am unable to leave work during the day. I called to ask them if they could take my car in by me leaving it in their lot after they are closed the night before and do the estimate the day of the appointment then simply leave keys in it locked and I'd pick up my car after work the day of the appointment. The response I was given was just no. That is not something we do and totally not possible. It seems like a simple enough request that I've done at many other shops in the past and it seems ridiculous that they can't do that when really it should be no issue. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere Susan. If you had even seemed apologetic about it or tried to find some option for me then it wouldn't be a 1 start but you were just clipped and rude and so I must leave a 1 star.

I was supremely impressed with the quality of the work. This is an older vehicle, and they took the time to properly match the paint. The fit and finish was excellent. Finally, I want to commend the detailer, I have never had my vehicle come back from a body shop in such amazing condition! Even the rims were cleaned, and coffee stains removed from the cup holder and carpet. I essentially got back a showroom condition car! Good work to all, was nice with all the crazy in the world right now to deal with a business that truly seems to care.

I had a drunk driver hit my car and Boyd was very helpful with my estimate as well as the repairs itself. My car looks as good as new and they also detailed my car as well. Bruce was very helpful with everything and I am very impressed with the quality of the repair and customer service at Boyd!

Shout out to Boyd Autobody! My truck was stolen and retrieved, including the interior being sprayed with bear mace. Amazing company; so helpful and outstanding customer service. I picked my truck up today and it is perfect. Particular compliments to Shelley, Susan and Kelsey. It was a journey and you made it seamless for me. Thank you!!

Great body shop. Very friendly staff and they clearly know what they are doing. I have no doubt my car will be safe with them and that Ill receive it in excellent condition.-1 star. I just didn’t appreciate the inconvenience of being told the wrong information of 3 days job but really it was 7days and now 8 with delays. It was such an inconvenience because i have made arrangements based on those information.Edit-1 star. Repeated misinformation till now.I am really upset about the wrong information I am being given. From 3 days, to 7days, to morning of 8th day, to 2hrs from now, 5 hours later i am being told its still not ready and have no idea when its going to be done. Plans were ruined and more being ruined due to this misinformation. I am very disappointed with this disservice.

I went to Boyd Autobody after my parked vehicle was struck in September. The third party was a nightmare to deal with. Didn’t report to the police, had to fight to get insurance, and was refusing contact from insurance which delayed the determination of fault. As the damage wasn’t significant we kept postponing repairs. Boyd was incredibly patient and empathetic during the process. They did everything they could to advocate for me with insurance. All around they were just so kind and compassionate through the two month long process. Initially they quoted one week for repairs but managed to get it complete in two days. When I picked up my car it had unexpectedly been fully detailed; carpets shampooed, leather cleaned, the works. Lisa and Bruce in particular went the extra mile for me over and over again. The entire situation was extremely stressful but they made it so much more manageable. The service was beyond anything expected or required. Id give 10 stars if I could.
