Stitch It Clothing Alterations
Laughably, they used bright red thread to serge my dark burgundy dress. The seam is within the armhole of a lace bodice + lace sleeves so the bright red is quite noticeable. When I pointed this out, their response was I only have 2 spools of dark red thread

Brutal customer service. Went to the White Rock Stitch it to get the zipper fixed on a pair of jeans. I was told 3 days. Came back 3 days later and after having to endure having the lady look for my jeans for 15 minutes she tells me that she accidentally gave them to someone else!!I was told to come back the next day, where I arrived at 6 pm, only to be told that the people with my pants had not yet returned them!A courtesy call to maybe come back a day later would have been helpful, ya think???I won't be back...

Stitch It Clothing Alterations
I recently alter pant there and had very bad experience, I left pant on June 1, should pickup on 7. I came there about 5:50pm, the lady can't find my pants…after a couple of minutes,she found it, but do nothing…ask me go back later to pickup…I was surprised by her rude manner and service.

The gals at this location of Stitch It are so friendly & helpful. This is my 1st time requiring a tailor and they were so helpful with all my requests. They have a very warm and welcoming vibe, located on the Winners side of Semiahmoo Mall, I can't wait to need alterations again.

Went in to drop off a pair of pants to have one leg hem restitched thinking I would come back in a few days to pick up.The young girl did it immediately, and then said I’ll just redo the other side for you too. Took 5 minutes and then she wouldn’t even charge me for it. Great, fast, friendly service. I was reading their values and mission statement posted on their wall while I waited and they truly represent and act on these which is really nice and often not the case in many businesses. Would highly recommend their services.

This clothing alteration shop has been in the semiahmoo mall, at this location, for 17 years. They must be doing something right. I don't handle a thread and needle too well, so when I'm looking for alterations, I know where to go. The staff continued to work as I talked and that's no problem. Thanks for the picture .....

Stitch It Clothing Alterations
I had to rewrite my review. This place has always had the best prices for tailoring and I have trusted every article to them. They've been my go to place. Recently, I had a misunderstanding with them where I was left disappointed and they were great with their customer service. I was really impressed by how they rectified the situation. I will be a longterm loyal customer.
