Give them 1 star for being in business but it is a very poorly run company. Called on Saturday to make appointment left a message and still no call back and it's been 4 days. I don't know if I will make an appointment if they do call? It's really sad when you can't return a call to a potential client. I really doubt that my wife will make an appointment here.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place… two locations for my convenience. Always quick to respond, and amazing services at great prices. My massages are the best I’ve ever had in my life. I feel so grateful to have found this place. Jess is my usual RMT, and she’s grown to be more than just an RMT to me, she’s my friend. Way to go Arbutus Therapeutic Collective. I can’t recommend you highly enough to all my friends and family. Thanks for being there for me! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!
