Belle River Golf Course

Was in the area because my daughter was taking her SAT at Armada High School and I needed to kill a few hours. This course is really nice and really reasonably priced. It’s not the most challenging course, but I’m not that great of a golfer, so that was fine for me. Very well maintained. Pete and his son are great people. If you’re looking for a round that is a great value, this is a great place.

The new management is impressive, lots of work has been done on and off the course. We had a chance to talk with Mike about their plans and it sounds like everything is headed in a great direction. We grabbed a bite to eat after golfing and enjoyed the food (love the chili they use for the chili cheese fries).

Went here and played 18 holes for 43 dollars thinking this would be a nice course for that price. This is probably the worst course I’ve played on if you even hit the ball off the fairway just a little you will have trouble finding your ball. Wasn’t mowed really at all even the fairways were long. I spend most of my time looking for my ball as well as the group I was playing with. The greens were decent and the rough around the greens were ok as well but fairways like I said dandelions everywhere. On the upside the employees were really nice and seemed like great people about the only upside in my opinion. For that price this is a complete rip off. I’m from lansing and for courses there for 20 dollars you play on a better course than this. For course that are around 40 to 50 they are practically Pristine courses. I can see maybe paying 20 to 25 in this condition.

Sunday breakfast! Spur of the moment, met some family. Knowing they just got going again for the season, we wanted to get a quick visit, quick breakfast and a quick Bloody Mary. Very pleasantly surprised. Bloody's were very good, service was great and food was wonderful. I had a veggie flatbread and it was AWESOME. They are working through some start u hiccups but I had zero issues.

We heard about this restaurant on Q Country 107.1 we decided to try it we went on a Thursday night at 5 it was our group with three people in another group with 6 we waited 5 to 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table she took our order then we waited an hour for our food when our food arrived my husband's dinner was cold my pizza had so much cheese on I couldn't eat it in my friends hamburger was so dry and burntwe just took everything home with the food and gave it my dogs we will never be back there again don't waste your time and money go somewhere like cheap Charlie's and pepper Joe's both places serve you fast and the food is hot and good

Played 18 here today - and was very impressed! The course is challenging enough without being overwhelming - play was fairly fast considering it was July 4. A good value also!

The new owners are awesome! Everything is so nice. Even the bathrooms are clean. Keep up the great work

Stopped in for a quick dinner and ended up staying a couple hours! Everyone was so inviting. We stayed for Karaoke and had a great time chatting with everyone. Drinks were great, food was wonderful. Great local spot to visit, we were impressed all the way around.

The course is being well maintained and is once again fun and challenging. It's worth revisiting if you are disappointed in years past. The staff is terrific, and it's obvious that the new management and owner(s) really take pride in producing an excellent product for a great experience.

The course was in best shape in 8 yrs. Fairways were awesome not burnt or hard. Greens were fast and tee boxes were good except for 2 or 3. Will play again this year.
