Today, I had amazing service by a man named Kevin. I locked myself out of my car and had called three previous places. Those places refused to come without a credit card #(my credit card was in my locked car). This caused me to be stranded outside in the middle of winter. When I called Hercules Towing, Kevin was responsive, courteous and very honest about pricing and time estimates. My experience made my day and reminded me that there are some good people in this world.

Called and requested service with a flat tire/tire change. Kevin answered the call and said he’d be at my location in 30 minutes and would call on route. Kevin called just before arriving and was there within 30 minutes. Kevin was punctual, professional, fallowed through with everything he said he would and was very kind in a crummy situation of it being late, cold, windy and having to deal with a flat tire. Thank you Kevin, your help and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Had a blown tire and thought it needed towing but Kevin inquired about a spare and offered the service of changing the tire instead. As someone new to the area, and kind of clueless when it comes to cars, it was comforting to have a caring and kind individual come help and offer a more cost effective solution. He came within the timeframe quoted and was very quick and friendly. Would definitely call again if I am ever in need of their services.

I was very suprised by the amazing quality of service provided to me through hercules towing. The man who helped me was extremely genuine and friendly. Not to mention, the price of the actual service is by far uncomparable to any other towing business i have seen so far. I don't see why i would go to anyone else given the amazing service i received!

Used them this summer to have our jeep towed to the dealer and then to have our truck towed a few weeks later. Not our year for vehicles :-). They're definitely in our contact list! Great, friendly service!

This a bit late, but I've had Kevin tow cars for me multiple times and he always provides beyond great service and fair price. An honest guy I'll always call.
