They fixed my screen but the seal was done poorly my phone has a small gap all around venerable to water damage, asked them to fix it they said it's the best they could do I should've just went to samsung they charged the same anyways

Giving them one star is too generous.Worst experience ever. I drove in the worst snowstorm ever to get to this location. When I got there, they never opened up my phone, used the parts they said they had for me on someone else, and cost me an extra $101 via the deductible with the insurance company. All due to the fact that they clicked every box possible for my phone to be damaged with, when it was just the screen that was damaged, and they NEVER OPENED IT UP!!This started the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Between this store and Likewize I have been taken advantage of. No one has helped me. I tried to call the head office just to find out that this company has been bought by MobileKlinic.Moral of the story. Go somewhere else. They don't deserve your money.

I love giving good reviews and I was looking forward to doing so until the experience I had. I had an appointment last Friday to have my Google pixel 6 pro phone screen replaced. It was 279.00 plus tax. I mentioned replacing the back as well and said I would do it for 350 total (including both) plus tax, which the guy at the counter agreed upon as he said there is a package when replacing both the back and front. They had my phone overnight Friday to replace the front only as the back had to be ordered in due to the colour (sunny yellow). I asked to get a screen protector upon pickup on Saturday and the tech informed me he couldn't put it on until the back was replaced which was to be done the following Monday when it arrived. I paid and went on my way. I didn't hear back from them Monday so I called to follow up. When they called me back, they informed me that the price increased and that they could no longer honour the price agreed upon only two days prior. The man on the phone stated that they would give me the back for $139 plus tax which is $68 plus tax more then what I agreed to. They weren't willing to budge so I said to forget it. They should have looked up the price before ordering the back and agreeing with me on the price. Anyways, this afternoon answering the phone in my car, my phone slipped (mind you it wasn't even a foot that it fell) and the whole screen is smashed in the exact same spot now. I called for warranty and they told me only defects are covered. I find it strange that this screen broke so easily as the last time my screen broke it was dropped 6 ft onto a sharp corner. The impact that this fall had makes me believe they chose a very poor quality screen. I chose these guys because they were Google Authorized Repair" which I find hard to believe. Do better and make it right."

I dropped my phone in between changing screen protectors and ended up cracking my screenI booked an Appointment for my phone at Ubreakifix and was contacted prior to my appointment to verify if they had the parts for the repair.In the past, I was always skeptical about repairs because the technicians have access to your unlocked phone, but Samsung has a mode called maintenance mode that gives access to sensors but blocks access to apps and filesI was greeted by Amrit and Navjot, who performed several tests with my phone.They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions.They informed me the total repair should take around 2-3 hours, but I returned after about 1.5 hours and they were almost done.The finished product looks like new with a complimentary battery change with all Samsung OEM parts.The screen repair was quite costly, but I knew that when I bought the phone. (Samsung S21 ultra) .Thanks for the help, would service again (although I hope not lol )

What a terrible experience at this place. My laptop was making noise and I brought it in thinking that they could repair.They charged me $90 to clean fan and then an additional $250 to repair the fan as the TECH said was the problem.Problem still persists.When my laptop was returned it was missing screws from the back chassis and it had scratches on the cover. Which they denied doing…JOKEWould not recommend and suggest you stay far away if you value your laptop.

Our iPad had broken screen but it still charges normally and turns on. We brought it at this location to have the screen repaired. Then, in a few days they called and said that the charging part is broken too. It was not, I wish I took a video that it charges fine. The store said we need to pay an additional $150 for it. We refused as we would now be paying more than the value of the iPad. Plus, charging was not broken when we brought it in. When we picked up the iPad, it no longer turns on at all. I believe that when the store tried to replace the screen, they broke our iPad. The iPad is now irreparable. I would be very concerned to bring any valuable item here. I doubt that they have truly skilled repair technicians here.

This staff knows what they are doing. Had to find a place that would replace my daughters XR screen and not break the bank. Jonathan at uBreakiFix was knowledgeable and fair in the pricing. If you have a phone that need repair I highly reccomend this location.

Did not identify all the problems and I feel scammed. We mentioned the problem, and were brushed off by the technician. Payed almost $150 to receive back a broken device, and my device was actually MORE broken when I received it back. The disk drive was broken when I got it back, which worked before. Honestly terrible.

My screen was completely cracked on my Samsung S22 Ultra. I called and spoke to John. John was very informative and honest. My phone works well and I would recommend this company especially this location to anyone. Please speak to John he knows his stuff.PS- lol I will be back again to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. I don't want anymore damages to this phone.Thanks again John
