I see why this place only has three stars. We ordered two McFlurrys and waited over 15mins while at least three people, some families with full meals, all got their food before us. I was excited to have the new COOKIE Confetti McFlurry! It was busy, so I understood. But when we got out McFlurrys. No exaggeration. I got THREE pieces of cookie in the whole thing! Three. The whole thing! It was basically like having vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Very disappointing. Especially after waiting. The other one had maybe 4 or 5 cookies. Still a waste. I wanted to say something but since it took so long I didn't want to wait again trying to correct it.

So this was the first time walking into the south red deer mcdonalds. Since I was last here it was remodeled like some other stores. Quite honely. Couches' open spaces etc. Gone is the old Squamish metal based tables that we all remember. This visit was just for 2 large cokes for pur drive home. Wife got them quickly, filled them and we were on our way. No complaints.

I’m so disappointed with the service of McDonald's South. I placed an advance order for a birthday lunch for my son’s classmates in school. I gave a specific pick up time for this is to be given during kids’ lunch break. It should be picked up at 11:15am, I was expecting that my order is already ready by then.When I arrived, that was the time that they also started to prepare the meals! The meals were given to me at exactly 11:40am. And the lunch break of the school is 11:45! I had to message the teacher that kids’ lunch is late! Imagine how embarrassed I am. I even messaged the teacher the day before that lunch would be given the exact time. Pick up time should be pick up time not waiting time!

How are these fast food places" the slowest food service there is nowadays. Have to wait 10 mins for a delivery order its sad. Pickup order takes 10 mins. Dine in order takes 10 mins. And it dont matter what time of dY or night

they messed up our skip order and gave us someone else’s order. so when we tried calling to see if they could refund us since skip takes up to 24hrs. they then failed to pick up twice and then disconnected the line. extremely rude to do that! i want my donda.

McDonalds as a company I would recommend, fast food, something quick & easy but this specific location I would not recommend. The service & the food is always sloppy. The wait times & then amount of times I have lost money from them getting my order wrong is crazy. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonalds to me but I regret going there almost every time.

I will definitely not be going to this location anymore. Time and time again service has been horrible. It's closest to home and regretfully my kid enjoys McDonalds sometimes. This place is a joke and sadly McDonald's will always have business, but if you can avoid this one I would!!! Employees are ignorant and disrespectful.

Terrible place. I have driven across canada, and eaten at many McDonald's. This is honestly the absolute worst one I've ever been too. I've been here 3 times. Today was the last. Our food took probably 15 to 20 mins. They havnt had ice cream there in a long time. Ordered a mcdouble meal with no pickles. I got a burger with ketchup and mustard. That's it. And it was disgusting. The workers were rude. Just all around terrible restaurant. Do not eat here. Save your money. Drive to a different one
