Shivraj was our realtor who helped us buy our first home, exactly as we wanted :). My husband and I come from a traditional Indian background who follow the science of Vaastu for choosing the right home. During the entire search, Shivraj had been extremely supportive and patient with us. There were good properties that we didn’t choose because of Vaastu, but Shivraj supported our decision instead of getting irritated. I was also pregnant during the search, and he made sure that we didn’t do unnecessary visits. Buying this home wouldn’t have been possible if we had worked with any other real estate agent. He also helped us with complete transparency and details of the entire process, lawyers, mortgage etc. Being a first time home buyer, these information was more than important. I typically don't write reviews but Shivraj's exceptional service prompted me to write this review. As a first time buyer, he took the guess work out of the entire process by explaining the end to end process in advance. He was always proactive, after few house showings he figured out our likes, dislikes and took effort to curate listings he was sending to us, unlike other realtors who just put you on auto emails. I have worked with realtors before but no one comes as close to Shivraj. He was patient throughout the process (we saw more than 50+ homes) and has an entire ecosystem of champions including him. He always suggested multiple options for mortgage brokerage, lawyers, insurance etc. He never forced a vendor on us and only shared his prior experience with them. I highly recommend utilizing his vast data driven services whether your are a first time or a repeat buyer/seller.
