The service is terrible!! The staff has gone on lunch break while tons of people wait. How in the f*ing hell can they not have replacement staff!?!?

Worst experience. I am from Ontario and wanted to exchange the driver license but no help from anyone. No one picks up at call center. I really hate Quebec now.

Take appointment before go. They can only open file for international people. If you are student, you need study permit, caq(optional), passport, .. Get learner's licences

After having a horrible experience at another location where no one was able to accommodate me due to being anglophone… the lady i delt with at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. I have been trying to fix an appointment to exchange my drv lic. I am trying every day for more than 2 hours for someone to pick up my call. To this day nothing has happened. I tried to visit saaq office, they say not allowed without appointment. Please someone can help? This has become a teaumatic experiance for me.
