Ace Final Mile

Revive Superfoods have been using Ace Final Mile for the past 3 months and we are happy we found them. It was important for us to find a delivery service that is scalable and ready to come along with us as we continue to grow.

I had an order from revive and every time it was delivered by Ace Final Mile. My package always came quick and in a great condition, i’m very impressed with the service, i wish all my orders were delivered by ace final mile.

Excellent delivery and distribution company. Their services are efficient and very customer friendly. In adherence to the delivery standards and legalities, the delivery is done smoothly and properly. Some also ring the doorbell or somehow notify the customers right away when delivering.

I discovered Ace Final Mile when I was personally running around doing deliveries and saw their vans all over town. I knew I couldn’t keep doing it myself and needed a solution for a holiday gifting program I created to launch my business. I called Ace Final Mile and they were very attentive and quick to provide me with a quote and even give me suggestions on how to improve my order fulfillment. They picked up my packages right on schedule, and helped me send out 200+ boxes all over the GTHA on time and on budget! I loved working with Ace Final Mile and would recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery drivers are lazy, they just leave the food boxes on the ground floor lobby without informing residents. They are rather supposed to deliver on resident's door, they are paid for it. Would have wanted to give zero rating for their delivery service.

Every time i get an order delivered by This company, The drivers are so polite and take such good care of my packages and its always so quick. I click order and my door bell rings

Driver delivered Amazon and I was at door as he placed items directly in the way of door that opens outward - told him they shouldn’t do this as it is a fire hazard - he went to say putting elsewhere is harder on him and for security for us to see - I said placing it in front of door is direct site line to road so others can see as well - to which his reply was “not my problem” - ignorant and considering the website states this company provides high standards of service this is lie. I went to take a picture of truck to report it and he was even arrogant enough to pose for the picture with peace sign knowing I was already ticked off.Unacceptable all around, no care do customer - what if this was an elderly person and they couldn’t get door open or a person with a disability? Give your head a shake.

I received an exceptional service from Ace Final Mile Canada Inc. Their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

The way i would describe this company is, speed and accuracy. They always deliver my packages in the best condition!!!! Love it
