Phoned and talked to some gal at the front desk and asked about donating a tv stand that was in new condition. They said they would be more than happy to accept that item. Took time off of work to take it across that lake to their West Kelowna store and the guy in the donations receiving would not accept our donation. Thanks ReStore for wasting half my day ... never again...!

ReStore is cool because it's the home improvement thrift shop. I come here often just to look and find the coolest stuff here. Today I wanted some nice paint to touch up my closet and wouldn't you know it there's a big bucket of nice mint green for a third of the price if I went and got it new. Best place to shop if you don't feel like wasting money!

We live in West Kelowna and completely renovated our house and when it came to excesorizing we had specific old items in mind. We talked to Dave the manager and we managed to collect a few jewels. We visit weekly and always find little things we need. Thanks for everything.James and Radka Peck

Used to be the best restore around the Okanagan, but thats changed. Its been harder and harder to come across a deal. Often items are used, and priced close to, and some more expensive than retail. It would be great to try to support an organization like this, however it's getting harder and harder to do so since they changed their pricing policy. Wish it would go back to the old days when you could feel confident that items were priced accordingly, but now you really have to watch the prices to ensure you're not being taken advantage of. Hopefully, things change for the better in the second half of 2023.

I stopped in here today to see if I could find some pieces to repair a recent purchase I made. I found something that works and also toured around store to see what they actually carried. Have some interesting pieces and prices seem really fair compared to other refit stores I have been in. Lots to look at and staff are friendly and approachable. Worth a view of you are trying to find interesting pieces of furniture or odd hard to find repair parts for home.

I can believe the stupidity. They have about 50 plastic containers but won't lend any to you to bring items after I just dropped off 2 tiffinany lamps in mint condition. I am not going to bring one item at a time! They need new management to run that place. People with people skills. Your getting quality items for free.
