I came in for a service on my broken watch and got taken care of by Chris, he exceeded expectations. Chris done an absolutely amazing job on my watch, bringing it back to life and I couldn’t recommend him / Wheelers highly enough!

Fantastic, friendly professional service from Tim and his son, at all stages of carrying out difficult and complex repairs to our antique clocks. Just excellent all round and would recommend Tim ,and his son, to any body out there needing clock repairs.

Delighted with the work done on my great grandfather’s grandmother clock (the clock is over 80 years old). Mr Wheeler was polite and very knowledgeable, taking the time to go over the workings of the clock when it was returned after being refurbished. Very impressed and would go back.Only downside was the wait before the job could be started (about 4 months) due to a busy job list on their part.

Great service - so accommodating and super friendly! I was having some issues with a new watch strap and they took the time to explain what was wrong and how it can be fixed. The new strap is now on and fits perfectly. Thanks again Wheelers!

Highly recommend!They look after my watch collection that ranges from G-Shock through to very rare vintage Rolex. Highly skilled, knowledgeable specialists with a passion for their craft. A family run business and all work carried out by them on the premises.I’m always impressed by their attention to detail. Recently servicing a Steinhart Ocean One that came from the factory with a couple of minor QC issues many years ago, that I just lived with. To my surprise, they’d been fixed and aligned as part of the servicing. (I hadn’t asked for that or brought it to their attention, it’s just an example of the pride they take in their work and their attention to detail)I’d rather have them service my vintage Rolex than send it away to Switzerland via a Rolex AD who doesn’t care about my priceless family heirloom.Cannot recommend them highly enough. Full 5 stars from me.

Chris really knows his trade and made a lovely job with several of my watches both of which had stopped one unfortunately had damp inside.Returned to me looking better than ever.Strongly recommend his work.

Carried out a full service of my grandfather's 68 year old mechanical watch which hadn't been running for decades. The work was done sensitively and to a very high standard - no overpolishing or unnecessary replacements, just a first rate overhaul for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the results.
