We met Trisha & her colleague at the Orillia Home Show, where they had created a beautiful, eye-catching display. We ended up going directly to the store afterwards, where John was incredibly helpful. We built our living room from pieces in the showroom. He moved everything & thoughtfully answered all of our questions. An excellent sales representative who was kind & respectful, not overbearing or pushy. As a result, we were able to find all of the furniture & accessories we needed. An amazing shopping experience overall!

We recently purchased a new sofa and ottoman and our sales person John Dunn was absolutely excellent to deal with. He could not have been more helpful and has made every effort to ensure that we havebeen satisfied with our purchase. We had to wait a few weeks for our purchase to arrive and he called us to arrange delivery when our furniture arrived. On the agreed upon delivery date, the men brought the large piece of the sectional in and it would not fit in the elevator so it meant that they would have to carry it up the stairs to the fourth floor. The guy who seemed to be in charge said that he would not deliver it because it was 4:45pm and he was done at 5:00pm and he has had a long day. He said that we would have to go back to the store and purchase a smaller item. He put our furniture back on the truck and so we immediately went to the store. We explained what had happened and we were told that the driver had said that we had refused the delivery. Not true! If we were to return our furniture there would have been a 900 dollar restocking fee. The staff in the store were excellent but in particular was another delivery guy named Matt. He immediately told us that he was familiar with our building and that he saw no issues in delivery. He told us that he would take our furniture off the other truck and put it in his and he would deliver it the next day. Matt and his helper showed up as promised and delivered our furniture without a problem. The 5 star review is because of John and Matt in particular and certainly not because of the first delivery guys.

Me and my wife purchased a sectional from Leon's in Orillia. After a few hiccups with the manufacturer and our sales associate we received our couch today.Matt and Dameon delivered our couch extremely quickly, and easily maneuvered the tight space I requested of them! Although my experience with the sales associates was at times frustrating. The friendliness, efficiency, and quality of Matt and Dameon's work earned this business a 5 star. Thanks again boys, I hope you two are recognized and appreciated for your hard and friendly work!

Terrance and Dylan just delivered and set up all our kitchen appliances. They were professional and courteous and went above and beyond our expectations. We would like to thank them for a job well done.Paul and Terry.

We recently made a purchase and had the pleasure of dealing with Austin, he was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.*Update. The after sales customer service has definitely taken the shine off my wonderful sales experience. I have called twice, on June 13 and 14. Both times they very nicely told me that someone would call me back...I'm still waiting...My 5 star review for Austin stands. My overall satisfaction with this store is diminishing.

Perrin, the Associate was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Naturally my purchases had to be ordered so this review relates to my buying experience only. I did like that I could see samples of what I was purchasing right there on the floor and not just on a computer screen. Great inventory!

Purchased living room set March 2023, couch was damaged on delivery, still waiting for loveseat. Called Orillia Leon's and enquired about delivery of love seat. Two salespersons weren't able to help. I called and spoke to regional manager who advised that no options when clearly there was a floor model, he just advised to wait till September, a 6 months wait. Quoted 4- 6 week delivery. Unacceptable business practice.IN RESPONSE to your comments (Leons)I stand by my words on the phone and repeat that your practice of promise and no follow through ( product ) is unacceptable and deceitful. AGAIN, do better for the customers who buys your product.

We just purchased appliances at Leon's with the help of Austin Cathcart. Austin was friendly, polite, and helpful. He gave us suggestions on what best suited our needs, and at no time did we ever feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. Before our sale, Austin made it clear there was a 10-week delay for delivery on our appliances. We would like to thank Austin for making our experience such an enjoyable one.

Customer service was phenomenal! Our representative Michael was extremely helpful and kind when helping us purchase our new laundry centre! We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!Thank you so much !
