Very professional, fast service and very accommodating. I couldn't make it to my appointment because of an emergency at home and was told to simply stop in on my way home. Fast easy in and out. Highly recommend.

Chris was very friendly and the process was very quick. However, as others have said, when I came in there was no one at the front desk. I waited after the door chime for 10 minutes before texting and emailing to let someone know I was there. Perhaps is this is the expected process this should be indicated in the email,and not just to do it when arriving early.

Great place to go to, we drove in from an hour out of town and Chris was able to help us out. Very knowledgeable and was open when most places were closed due to a federal holiday. Would definitely use the services he provided again!!

I would not recommend this establishment. My appointment was cancelled 22 minutes before my appointment time through email, not even a phone call. I definitely won't be using Notary pro or there affiliates again.

The notary was helpful as he told me that If I have an issue with the documents I can get back to him anytime, I called him back and explained to him that the documents that were notarized were not accepted by the recipient and I asked for a refund. So he recommended to call customer service for to resolve the issue . However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, I called them to issue a refund and its been a week now and no one has called me back.

Pros:- Christopher Chelala was friendly and accommodatingAreas for improvement:- Even though the office gave off a sound alarm everytime the door opened, there was no one that met me when I first entered the office. If I hadn't texted the number provided in NotaryPro, I believe I would have waited for a longer time even though I was the only client in the office at that time.
