Came here with my wife today and noticed an incredibly rude behaviour from the girl working by the front door. I understand we had visited during Boxing Day but there is absolutely no need to cuss at someone in the lineup because they tried entering with their family. It is understandable that there's a limit to how many shoppers can be inside at once but to lose your temper and cuss at a customer to get back in line is just crazy.Never coming here.

Wonderful service! When I entered I was greeted and was kindly asked to sanitize my hands. They always have a great selection and lots of sale items. I was looking for a specific item in the new collection that they didn't receive in store yet, and they offered to check the stores that had them in stock. They allowed me to take some photos so I could show my friends and even suggested that I can make an appointment for 1 on 1 personalized shopping with the staff. I will definitely come back soon!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out time is fast. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Apple Store is nearby. Free mall parking available. Public washrooms nearby.

This is a awesome store, friendly staff, and the manager Sophie went totally out of her way to make my experience of gift shopping amazing. Can't recommend enough.
