We knew we were in good hands of team Karista when we seek their services. The pandemic delayed our presale home by a year and during that time the Bank of Canada constantly increases interest rate. We thought we will never be approved for a mortgage because of higher interest rate and lose the house and the downpayment. But Karista didn’t give up on us.
