Mobile Ultra Shine Hand Car Wash And Auto Detailing

Update:One of the owners called me a day after my review and wanted to know what went wrong. He assured me he was not in the business of ripping off people and that I should go back to let them do a better job on my car. I eventually did it and I can now say that my first impression was not the most correct one. I still stand by what I felt then but I know now that they can do a great job and that they care about correcting problems and listening to their customers. I also learned what I should have expected from the package I bought so as an advice, make sure you understand what they will do for your car when you buy a package. They are not cheap but they are genuinely trying their best to be the best. To make mistakes is easy and unavoidable sometimes but to have the proper mind set to review the issues and correct them is the way to manage a business. I am congratulating them for their attitude and intentions and for the way my car looked like second time!----------------------------My first visit:Very bad experience! No idea how this could have got so many good reviews. I chose the 48CAD package and I totally wasted the money. The dashboard was not cleaned at all - still dusty just as I left it. The interior of the doors never even touched. I asked them to move my son's car seat (I have previously unhooked it completely) and they politely agree but did not do it. I also found the carpet in the back hardly vacuumed. I have no idea why I paid 50 bucks there!I will never go there again. This was not an oversight or some mistake; they just don't care about quality, they just want to make as many cars as possible per day - they were actually very fast..... but for nothing!

They really pay attention to details, know their stuff, good and friendly service, always great with kids. Quick, well priced, and do a fantastic job. Highly recommended if you need your vehicle detailed.

I always come here- but I always check the work as well. There is usually something missed but they usually rectify straight away. I’ve seen other comments so this time I took some before and after shots. This was the ultra clean, a clean that costs $55 with taxes because I needed all windows done and I wanted a full tire service (a gift for a friend)

They cracked my driver side rear view mirror and told me that it wasn't possible. But it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They do a great job cleaning, but I feel burned by this place now.

These guys are amazing! Just took my car in to get it cleaned today as it was pretty darn dirty. Prices are more than fair for comparable services elsewhere and they did a great job. There's a nice little waiting area and plenty of stuff to do in the area and staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for sure!

Have gone twice, both times the car was lightly dusty but not heavily soiled. First time was fine, second time the service was quick but when I got home I realized there were now scuff marks like the ones pictured all over my car. I guess in their rush they just started rubbing with a rag without rinsing anything first?If you’re ok with scuffmarks you might as well pay $8 for an automatic wash rather than $50 plus tip for a careless hand wash.

I was actually shocked and amazed at the quality of interior detailing of my car. I called in, they were able to get me in immediately. Quite happy with the customer service. The interior of the car was spotless and all the dog hair I was trying to get that was (short hair) and stuck in the tightest places was all removed. I had been trying for years to clean it. I’m so happy with these guys and highly recommend.

Ultra always does a great job cleaning and detailing our car. Bang for buck, probably the best in the city.

I have an older model vehicle that has never had a full commercial interior and exterior detailing package done. I took it into Ultra Shine for the full interior and exterior detailing. It was worth it. They did everything that they list on their website for this service. My car would have been a perfect before " and " after" photo op. I wish I took photos of "before "
