Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront

Lots of bugs. Rooms were very basic for the price. The view right off the water is beautiful. They had heated in door and out door pools. Bon fire pit and a beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No blow dryer or safe in the rooms. $300 a night is expensive for these rooms. Good experience over all! I still recommend!

Two clean pools, amazing breakfast, free s'mores every night. Plus super friendly staff. HELLO! Our particular room was a bit older and more worn than some of the other rooms, but it was fine. Bathroom was immaculate.

First off I want to say thank you to all the staff. Cooks, cleaners, front desk, the ones stocking the towels and the sweet man who drove us back and forth to breakfast. You all made our stay feel like home and it was a great mini vacation. The room was nice and clean, comfy with such a great view. We really didn't want to leave. The yummy breakfast in the morning was so nice. Yummy coffee and so many choices for everything. My kids were in heaven too. The pool and hot tub were great. The only downfall was out of the hotels control (the gnats outside) !! Even with them buzzing around we fully enjoyed our stay. Definitely a great place for family's with kids❤️❤️. Thanks again. This is a great hotel to stay at with your family or on a romantic getaway. First and foremost, the service is excellent. Every employee that we spoke to was very helpful and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy as guests. They have two pools and two hot tubs (inside and outside). The indoor pool and hot tub are not wheelchair accessible in case that something that you need. Also, with accessibility, not every building has an elevator. We stayed in Ontario which did have an elevator. The views are beautiful. We had a lakefront room and it was awesome. They have a bonfire every evening and the breakfast was good. They also have a playground for the kids and plenty of places for the kids to run around outside.

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Great place for families with children. Our room which was updated and clean had a balcony that overlooked the lake. Sid the hotel shuttle driver could not have been more accomodating. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job! If you're making plans to go to Mackinac Island this property could not be more convenient. Its adjacent to the island ferry service and provides free parking if you choose to drive or it's an easy walk. They also provide a ride from the hotel to the dock free of charge as well. We highly recommend it.

Super clean and a beautiful location. Front desk is cheerful and helpful. The continental breakfast is good food, but could definitely use more space. It was a lot going on it one room for the amount of people there are, but that’s great that their business is growing. The staff everywhere were very professional and over the top helpful. Can’t wait to stay here next year.

Simple hotel next to Lake Huron. It has nice view of the lake and one can catch sunrise early in the morning depending on the weather.The hotel has an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool.The hotel is divided into several buildings with the reception building being the main building where there is dining hall for buffet breakfast and the indoor pool. Each other building is named after one of the Great Lakes.There is a small laundry room with one washing machine and one dryer. It also comes with with detergent dispenser. Each wash and drying is $2 respectively using quarters.A fitness center is located in the same building as the laundry.

This hotel is just beautiful. We loved the outdoor pool/hot tub. The view was amazing and my kids loved the nightly smores campfire! The rooms were very clean and the staff is so friendly always saying hi and good morning ❤️I would 100% come back here
