We had an amazing experience with Volkswagen Unionville. After visiting many, many dealerships, we decided to go with them because of the customer care and consideration we received from Justin. The whole staff was very professional, friendly and polite but Justin did a phenomenal job making sure we were comfortable and happy with our choice and really took the time to patiently go through all options with us. He respected our limits and never pressured us, instead we felt like he heard us, and genuinely wanted to try his best to get us what we were looking for. We did not experience such consideration and interest at any other dealerships we had visited beforehand like we did with Justin. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Justin because he will really make sure you are heard and seen through out what can be a very weary and tiring process and that really gives you the boost you need to get to the finish line when there's someone like that on your side. :)

Had a great experience at this dealership, so glad this is where my sale went! Justin who had helped me was always on top of responding to any questions and was overall just a lovely person to deal with. I've been looking for a car for a while and can't say the experience has been enjoyable overall, with my age I tend to get ignored, however everyone here was inviting and I was always greater immediately. So happy with my first car purchase from this team!

Andrew Lee contacted me as soon as I looked through the listing online. He was very transparent with the process and tried his best to make the experience positive. He was able to make everything happen within a week which is very nice given the current circumstances of the vehicle industry. He worked with me on a deal that is fair and I recommend seeing him when visiting. Raymond, the finance manager was very detailed and helpful as well in facilitating the transition for us with paying for the vehicle.Overall great experience thanks to Andrew and Raymond.Things in their control have been really great.
