Hi I have been purchasing my janitorial products from Smith sanitation since 2006i have been a loyal customer I recently found out the is new management team I had many conversations with the new team they take the time to chat about the products and they always have helped me with product information and I'm happy the pricing is fair market price I won't go and shop around I fully trust them and I have asked many of my cleints to come and do business with them you feel the vibe as soon as you meet them and I must say the service advisor Mark is amazing has great knowledge on all equipment and expertise in all floor care equipment final say new great team I will recommend this team to anyone seeking amazing team and outstanding name brands .

I'm giving one star because since the new management took over around 2 years ago i have seen a huge decline in service. The new owners have no idea how to run this company or deal with there staff. Jodi is the only person that has been there since i can remember and has given me the best service throughout the years iv been going there(5 Stars for her). I have personally seen the owner start yelling at a employee until another employee had to separate them. This is a very sad thing to see at a company that was once a great place to shop at. If not for Jodi being there i would not even bother with this place.

I bought a 200 L drum cleaning solution from these guys and I must say that I tried multiple place to find a decent price and these guys went above and beyond to find the right product and right price.I am happy with there reliable service and there phenomenal customer service.

Great place for all your sanitation needs, and also very friendly staff that is always there to help. I've been coming to this place for all my rentals and cleaning products and they never disappoint.

Very unprofessional. Need to train their employees how to drive. Specifically how not to flip people off after almost side swiping them after an illegal lane change...in a company logo'd van. Whoever drives the van with plate AA 43319" is an embarrassment to the company."
