Salti Yoga

A beautiful yoga studio with the most amazing instructors in the area. They offer such a variety of classes that cater all levels. I've tried almost all if them and it's really hard to pick just 1 favorite. I'm definitely staying at Salti for years to come.

I just purchased the Fortnite trial, what a great way to try different classes. Salti is an incredible yoga studio. Just an overall great feeling walking in, great instructors, love the tea… this is exactly the place I’ve been looking for. Try a ‘pay what you can’ class if you’re uncertain, you will be so happy you did.

I feel incredibly lucky to have such a high quality yoga studio with a great culture, great staff, great environment, so nearby to where I live. I initially signed up at Salti to help with some workplace stress and get my body moving again after a long stretch of being sedentary. It is such a welcoming, judgement-free environment for beginners where you can push yourself as hard (or as lightly) as you want to. It's your class, it's what you make of it and I think that's a great way of going about it. I always feel like a million bucks after each session.

Ive been coming to Salti yoga for over 2 weeks and love it. The atmosphere is fantastic, The studio is clean, The instructors have great new routines so no classes the same and they all have a great attitude. Peace y'all!

I'm fairly new to the Salti yoga lifestyle but I can honestly say that after my first visit, I knew it was exactly what my body, mind & heart needed. The instructors are incredibly kind & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is as warm & welcoming as the staff. Salti Yoga Studio is truly one of my most favourite places to be!

I have loved my experience thus far with Salti Yoga! I was given the 2 week trial as a gift and, to be honest, was rather nervous for my first class. However, both the instructors and the front of house folks have all been incredible and put me at such ease! This beginner yogi is in LOVE with Salti Yoga PTBO!

I love this place! Salti Yoga is definitely the best quality yoga studio in PTBO. It has a variety of different class types including hot yoga and non-heated yoga. There are beginner classes and more advanced classes. It's really beautiful with lots of natural light, big change rooms with showers, a cute little lounge with lots of books and complimentary tea. The teachers are amazing. Each teacher has a slightly different style and you will learn something new from each of them. The customer service is always on point and the place is super clean. The prices are on par with other studios in town and you get so much more from your overall experience. There's also a cute little storefront stocked with Canadian-made apparel. There are high quality yoga mats, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, water bottles and more for sale. It's a classy spot! Go try a class if you haven't already.

Great atmosphere and knowledge staff. The PWYC on Fridays @ 6 pm gives you the ability to experience this amazing studio in a budget freely way. No worried if you forget or don't have a yoga mat you can rent a mat for the class for a few extra dollars.Only reason I giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because they don't have many classes after 6 pm or inclusive memberships (i.e. purchasing class cards instead of monthly membership or a 5 class in a month membership) and finding parking is hard. Especially with the construction going on downtown so I would recommend walking if possible.

A second little home to expand my practice and find a piece of peace in my life.Classes for all levels and bodies - aerial yoga is so cool and definitely recommend everyone to try!!So clean, and welcoming and just overall a solid space.
