Maria is fantastic!!!! From our first meeting I felt like I have known her forever, like a dear friend who is always in your corner. The Business Success Coaching session I attended was amazing! Maria helped with my direction more in 90 minutes than the 10’s of thousands of dollars and countless hours I have spent with other coaches. I will always go to her for clarity and direction. Dr. Kara is quite good at what she does. She informs you about the adjustments she is about to perform on you and she is very caring and knowledgeable. Overall, a great Chiropractor. Would highly recommend.

The abundance bar is by far the best massage and reiki that I have ever had. I have been going here for massage for years and highly recommend it to anyone. The place is very clean and inviting and the staff are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect. I normally see Crystal and I absolutely love here but tonight I saw Andrew and he was equally as good. I was a bit nervous having a man for my massage but I shouldn’t have been because it was such a great experience. He made me feel very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to come here. They are the best!

Its been an on going struggle in my life, dealing with headaches, neck, and shoulder pain because of my phyiscal demands at work. Since I've been going to Kara for a few years now, I have been feeling a lot better. I recommend, Kara for anyone who has continuous physical body pains and has tried other ways to relieve their symptoms, with no success. I would highly recommend Kara and her treatments to help with any physical ailments. Thanks Kara, you don't know how much pain I was in before I met you.

Dr. Kara is fantastic! In a short 2 months she has helped alleviate daily pressure & pain I've experienced in my upper & lower back for 10 or so years now. She has helped my posture as a result, and now I stand up straighter, which has been a contributing factor to the pain I've been experiencing.Aside from being very efficient & good at what she does, Dr. Kara is very enthusiastic about her work, and very personable. She teaches me something new about my nervous system every time I visit. 5/5 would recommend you pay her a visit!I will continue to see Dr. Kara regularly!

Karas adjustments allow me to get deeper into my tai chi practice. I can feel my energy and clarity of mind increase, and i can get my mind in my body more effectively when i practice meditation. Im impressed by how there seems to be a level of intuition and energy in addition to spinal alignment and integration.Love going to Kara and looking forward to my next appointment

I have always enjoyed my experience at The Abundance Bar. I had the pleasure to experience VET (Vagus Experience Technique) with Maria and Crystal. This was unreal and would totally recommend it to anyone. I also did my monthly adjustment with Kara. She is the only chiropractor I trust, and she listens to your concerns.I say this all the time.
