There is no phones in these rooms. Try to leave a message and they don't do that. Unhelpful staff. A owner stat stands around accusing guests of starting the fire. Very distasteful and unprofessional.Gateway Motel used to be a decent motel, 25 years ago. A recent fire in the upper rooms has a terrible mess at the end stair walkway. Instead of cleaning up the mess it's left to walk around. I

The absolute most horrorfying experience I have ever had. It was pure discusting...never seen anything like it. We ran out of there and got our money back as soon as we walked into the room. Gross

This place is definitely a home away from home. From the chocolate on the beds to the gourmet coffee made each morning. The company is great very welcoming and accommodating. Will never stay anywhere else in the area.
