Got to try this great new Korean restaurant out in Springbank. Everything we tried was executed very well and there are so many interesting side dishes that come with the meal! Best seafood pancake and japchae in the city for sure. Tried the pork belly dish (bossom) for the first time and it was melt in your mouth, it comes with lettuce wraps for add to the experience. Would definitely go back even though it's super far from where I live.

We had a set menu, which is not cheap but it was worth it. All vegetable dish (banchan) were scrumptious, they were perfect to my taste. Some Korean dishes are salty but not at handsang. Korean boiled pork with the radish kimchi (Bossam) was very delicious, I had to finish it even I was already full. The dessert Korean drink was a plus! I’ll definitely visit again!

My friend brought me to this new restaurant and I could not recommend it enough! The authentic Korean dishes are divine with generous portion sizes. They even take the leftovers from the hot pot spicy stir-fried chicken to create an entire fried rice dish to take home. The japchae was amazing. Was told the owner had trained at Michelin star restaurants.

Very pleasant experience for dine in. The decoration is comfortable. The food is very tasty. The portion is good with a reasonable price. The hotpot Gangjia Tang is very worthy to try. There are lots of pork bones in it. The service is excellent. They are so sweet to provide me a small amount of glass noodle for my 15 months old baby. The free after meal dessert is hand made rice bunch, super yummy!!! I will totally recommend this restaurant to my friend and come again.

There Gamja-tang is the best! I would definitely come back here when I'm craving it. They had a good assortment of alcohol and the place was very clean and comfortable. Service was also very good and fast. Can't wait to try there other foods.

We were invited to this Korean restaurant in the SW and it definately did not disappoint. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and flavourful. You can taste each unique ingredient without empowering each other. Staff was friendly and tentative. Highly recommended.

New and first 한정식 (hanjungsik)style Korean cuisine in Calgary. Their lunch special was amazing. It was $38 per person and all the banchan and soups tasted very nice. We weren’t able to finish all the food so we packed leftovers to go and made another dinner from it. A lot of portion, awesome taste and great service. I will definitely come back here.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hansang, a new Korean restaurant located in southwest Calgary, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food at Hansang is simply outstanding, with flavours that transport you straight to Korea. The seafood pancake was a true highlight - perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with an abundance of fresh seafood. And let's not forget about the Gamjitang, their pork bone soup, which was absolutely delicious and packed with flavour. The service at Hansang was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're in Calgary and craving authentic Korean cuisine, Hansang is an absolute must-visit!

First time here. Great first impression of the atmosphere, the service and the food! Taste and quality of ingredients are great! Would recommend and we will definitely return and be a regular. Abit on the pricier side, but I'd say this is one of the best Korean in the west end. Love the free complimentary rice drink !!
