Concord Pacific Burnaby Sales Centre

The sales rep was professional and walked me through. My realtor accompanied me. When asked about my budget and I said on the lower end, she showed me some units that could work on my budget. The location is great, but I don't need all the amenities even though some of their builds are cool like the touchless elevator system. The price is also just way too high for square footage. The presentation centre was very well staged. I wished they showed actual layouts instead of parts of the layout. Their floorplans aren't as good as other presales. Thanks anyways Concord!

Just visited this presentation center today with a friend also interested about their Metrotown project. The project is in preview stage for the grand tower. Renata was the sales executive for us.While I was checking the finishes feeling amazed, she kept pushing us along and looking at her cell phone as if she was in a rush. She asked what we did for a living and was not very helpful with questions we asked. As we end some 15 mins after walking in, she went in and took me an information sheet but left out my friend who told her earlier that she was in a clerical job. At the end, she simply chose to talk to a staff while we were discussing the project with her. So unprofessional and discriminatory. This is the presentation center with the worse sale service I have ever had!

Super rude to walk-ins. There was no one there so I don't know why she tried to rush me? I thought concord is all about experience. My experience here was concord has no service or quality. When the receptionist said I need an appointment, I asked where do I do that and which project does this centre house. She was annoyed and asked frowning, what location, why, just search it up... I was considering concord near Metrotown but now concord lost their creditability to me. Maybe one day I'll forget this experience and reconsider but today I'll consider another developer instead.

The Toronto group was able to learn a lot from Constance Lau, Henry Hu and Junica Kwan on the Concord Burnaby projects. Very informative.

One key problem with Concord Metrotown, especially the Grand Tower. The structural columns are not between units, but inside the units! Giant columns or 1 ft thick walls, inside many units. That takes up precious living space… I noticed many Concord projects are like this… Anyone ever noticed??

Is Concord Metrotown project suspended? Received an email in Febuary saying they are not collecting the 3rd instalments until further notice (it's 2 months late now). Last news on Google was Jan 7. Last Youtube video people talking about this project was Dec 11, 2021. The site is pretty much untouched last time we've checked it...

So excited... purchased Concord Metrotown last year and already seeing it digging ground! Can't wait to see it completed!

The team of representatives in the presentation centre was very knowledgeable in explaining the details of the brentwood preconstruction project. And the enclosable balcony design that turns the expansive balcony space into a semi interior space is brilliant.
