Good: they were flexible and took me last minute.Bad: It’s dirty and the quality of the mani/pedi i got was pretty poor. Coats for pedi left big gaps at cuticle. They were covered at my request but very unevenly. The lady was rushed no doubt bc I was last minute and her appt showed up.Other staff were a bit rude and talked, laughed constantly to each other. Just not client-centred enough for me.Anyway, I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere.

Had an appointment for pedicure for myself and pedicure plus manicure cure for my mother. The tech did mum's pedicure then told her to sit at another spot. This after mum had told her she was supposed to be having a mani also. Mum sat there whilst I was having my pedicure waiting for her nails to be done and I reminded the tech about mum's nails. She waited until she had put the finishing touches to my nails and then told me they didn't have time to do the manicure. I said but we had an appointment to which they replied, No you only said pedicures when you booked". So now they are calling me a liar!!!!!!Like a previous review said they were overbooked and were still slipping in clients. I heard them tell someone who didn't have an appointment to come back in 30 minutes.I guess this is because I didn't do a mani pedi and my usual gel plus wax we weren't worth the time.......Never again. I have been going here over 20 years and this was the last straw!!!"

Friendly staff, the salon is very nice as they just renovated. It's best to book an appointment because they are busy. I've never been disappointed.

The worst manicure shellac in my life. Never will go there again and won’t recommend anyone to go there unless you want to spend $45 and get trash nails.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They do not value thier return customers. It is ok for them to keep you waiting for 40 minutes when you have an appointment but if tou show up a little late for yours, you are out of luck. We will not be back.

Fair prices, flexible appointments, lots of color options and the women who’ve done my nails have been very good some even exceptional. The odd time something isn’t to my liking they fix it absolutely no hassles. Frustrating though to go every 2 weeks for over a year and they never remember me or give me the same girl. Tony is a bit much.

All the ladies working there are great. They all do manicure, pedicure, facial waxing, etc. and are very polite.There is a man however who does only manicure and does not communicate well, also does not understand well what clients are saying. I thought he is the owner, because of the way he was flirting with some ladies but found out he is just working there. The owner should speak to him to learn how to talk to people, maybe his tone is not intentionally rude but last day there was a lady who was told to come back for her manicure and when she returned 40 minutes later instead of asking her to sit and wait few more minutes until the current customer is done but he just waived away at her and shouted: 15 more minutes, it sounded rude and he did not even look at her, so she just left carrying 2 big shopping bags she purchased while making time pass to go for her manicure. That was not nice and not acceptable, when you ask someone to return, you need to at least be polite and look at them when talking/ shouting.
