After our initial conversation, I was asked to provide a deposit which I did in the 24 hours they requested. I was told multiple times to call back next week but every time I called they were busy and told to call back. I get being busy but then Make a scheduled appointment to set up the questions. I left a voice mail may 23rd and they still hadn't replied by June 1st. After almost a month and a half of playing phone Tag and emails and not getting anywhere it became uncomfortable pursuing them. I sent another email explaining how I felt and asking for my deposit back and canceling the appointment. That prompted a very unprofessional call from her. She was rude and her tone was very unacceptable. I'm SA survivor and was coming to them for help with that issue and the way she handled herself, she should be embarrassed. The only silver lining was she gave my deposit back. I'm glad I trusted my gut when I asked to cancel the appointment, nobody deserves to be treated that way. Do better!
