I've been going here for years, and recently, the service has been awful. The drinks I've ordered are horrible, and I end up throwing out a 7$ drink I was hoping to enjoy. I'd go elsewhere or to 167 Ave that is down the street.

I buy regular coffee double double on my way to work but 2 times in last week coffee served was cold. Not happy. Early morning we buy coffee to get the refreshed but disappointing. I took a sip and mentioned with the staff on drive thru but no use. Ended up putting in trash.Another time I prder 1 cold drink and 1 coffee instore take away but coffee was served and been sitting there for 10 min before I get my cold drink. Eventually I ended up throwing the coffee.

Always freindly with good service. I get tired just watching the staff racing around getting orders fulfilled. I usually pick up a Caramel Brule Creme, but it is only available around Christmas plus a pup cup for my dog. But I talked to the staff, and they endured my that I could stop by any time and order just a free pup cup for my Boxer Jaxon. He starts to vibrate when we are in the drive-through. Thanks, Starbucks.

Usually get great drinks made here, hours online says it closes at 9:00pm and we came by at 8:34 and they were closed.

Alarmingly long waits compared to the other three nearby Starbucks. Always friendly staff and quality products, but feels consistently slower. Perhaps I'm impatient.

Starbucks is not your cheap fast drive-thru but waiting 16 min after you put your order at the speaker is excessive. Prices are up all over but over $4 for a slice of lemon loaf is crazy. Will have to re-examine what we order and how often.

so sweet!! we mobile ordered drinks & they wrote cute little notes on our lids! service is always quick & everyone is always so kind!
