Reviewing an urgent service need (brake line failure) a year ago and a recent safety check (hardly urgent, but I wanted to register a new car!). Both got next day apts (that was nice - thanks!) and great service. Good price on tires I didn't expect to replace, due to unseen sidewall damage on one. Highly recommended.

They were pretty good until last year. My Mazda MPV van was leaking fluid so I brought it in. Was told it likely wouldn't be worth repairing because it was a 2005. They tentatively offered to buy it from me and repeatedly said it was only good for the scrap heap. They held my van at the garage for 2 months while I waited for confirmation from the owner!!The owner confirmed that yes it was only good for the scrap heap and so they bought it from me for a few hundred $$. 6 months later I see the van good as new driving around Kingston. I spoke with the new owner she said it was in perfect condition, had come with a warranty etc....So the issue here isn't that they only gave me a few hundred $$ for the van nor that they sold the van in perfect condition. The issue is that they didn't give me all the information and made me wait 2 months for the pleasure. I might have made the same decision had I had all the information. Who knows? But now I will always wonder whether they are giving me all the correct information. So the trust is gone.I took my winter tires that they had been storing for me and am with another garage.

Recently had a warning light come on in my car. As I was close to D&D Auto i decided idea to pop in. Made an appt for their summer maintenance deal while there and they took a look at the light. It was a tire pressure warning. Filled tires up with the right pressure for me. When u r booked for service they will pick up and deliver your car when done. Sometimes u miss having a place to take your car in for repairs. Over the years D&D have done a good job for me.

I reached out to the shop over the long weekend, got an email response within a day and made arrangements to take my car first thing Tuesday morning. The service I was provided was outstanding. They were more than happy to explain the issues and help me figure out the best and safest way to use my vehicle until replacement parts were in. When the parts came in, they didn’t hesitate to help complete the repairs quickly and affordably

Just recently purchased a 2015 crf250r from charlie and his team . Initially viewing the bike on kijiji , I had a connection with it . It was everything i wanted . The condition was everything and more what it was advertised to be . This bike is emaculate , pristine condition . Throughout the process Joanne was very kind , helpful and informative. Charlie is a very helpful and made this transaction very smooth . If I could give 10 stars I would I will definitely be returning to D&D automotive for any future purchases. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends . I just want to say thanks again for the awesome customer service and the great experience .

Great shop, reliable work and trustworthy people. Just had work done on my two vehicles and am very pleased, my family also uses this place and have only had good experiences. Also, I used to work at a parts shop in town when I was younger so I've been in and spoken with almost every shop in this area, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend this shop.

D&D put a new motor in my car more than 2 years and 60000km ago. No problems.

My dad takes his vehicle to d&d. I've been there twice now they've been pretty decent they haven't charged me a huge amount for the work I've had done. And they don't do work that you don't need done pretty honest garage hard to believe I know, but they're pretty good. The staff are very nice people, they are professional and they do a good job.

Charlie and his staff are courteous and very personable. I recently had work done that was repaired incorrectly by another auto shop. I am more than happy with the service provided by D&D and will continue to patronize this business. I recommend everyone and anyone who is looking for a reputable auto shop to consider having their automotive needs performed here. Thank you Charlie and staff.
