Bought some ice cream bars from a guy’s car trunk. They were quite good! I will be returning.

I phoned in on a Friday to order a classic icecream cake, placed my order and was told it would be ready for Sunday morning when they opened. I got there about 11am and both myself and another woman before me found out that our cakes were not made or ready. We both confirmed the phone number that we had phoned this location. They found her order form that had not been made up so they did it. Mine had been specially ordered for the colour and writing. The lady told me to grab one out of the case so I did (totally different from what I had ordered) and they quickly and messily wrote on it. When paying I asked about a discount, since that would be the least they could do for not doing their job, and I was ignored. This is a DQ I would never ever suggest to anyone for their horrible service. Not even a sorry was said.

I am not sure what to think of this place, I have only been to this place a few times as it is an in between location for me. I have to say that I think it's cute that they renovated their door handles to make them look like giant versions of the red plastic spoon they use. But this is also the only DQ I've been to that locks the bathroom, which makes it awkward because if you're needing to wash your hands after eating a burger and the sauces are all over your fingers. Getting a key for the bathroom just does not work!!!I don't know if it has to do with deterring crack heads from getting high in there, or if they were just trying to be a monopoly? Regardless, I don't think anyone should be implementing this kind of plan. There's a difference between locking bathroom doors and requiring a key and putting up a sign that says [customers only] AKA no crack heads/loiterers, only those who are there to dine can use it. That's a better plan!If I am going to a place that locks bathroom doors, but serves burgers with drippy sauce, eating there is not plausible. So you're left with ordering to go and enjoying a microwaved burger with soggy buns at home, or not ordering from them at all...That is the major complaint I have about this place, other than that: I haven't been here enough times to form a solid opinion on if it's good or bad.

I'd do 0 stars but they don't have that option. I had 2 issues with my experience, the first being I had one person in front of me in the drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get my food. The second being I ordered a flame thrower combo on my way to an appointment with my sister, got to the appointment and the burger was a cheap $1.99 cheese burger. I called to complain and all the owner could say was oops sorry". So I drove back and got my money back

Great DQ experience as always. My food tasted great and was prepared promptly. Veg on my buger was crisp and fresh! What I really appreciated and loved. Was I ordered a meal that came with a sundae. And I was given the option of getting it with my meal, or asking for it when my meal was finished. Took it after I ate my meal and was even better then having it sit and melt as one would usually do.

Not the greatest experience I've had at a Dairy Queen. The gravy was very watery, but no effort was made to fix it (or offer something else) and the ice cream wasn't made correctly. However, staff were friendly and otherwise it was good.

This location is a coin toss...sometimes you get great service..sometimes you dont...food is the same...drive through is fast..some staff will hold your Blizzard upside down before giving it you you...other staff give a Blizzard not even well mixed or half full...just a overall lack of caring ...maybe because they are younger IDK...last time I went to this Dairy Queen a staff member was changing a light bulb..got on top of the table to reach...then walked away never wiping the table after his DIRTY shoes had been on it! Plus when I asked for him to cook my fries longer..with Apathetic attitude.. he tells me thats how all the fries look like...they were cold in the middle and white on the outside. The best thing about this location is they have a big freezer of pre made Ice cream..Ice Cream Cakes...and my favorite Buster Bars come in a box as well as separate.

This was the best place around. Not for the food, for the experiences had. Me and my friends would go here every week as it was very close to all our houses. This was our home, even though it was a pretty mediocre restaurant. I’ve eaten here hundreds of times, and I don’t know where I’ll go without it. I’ve had amazing times here over the past 7-8 years, and I won’t forget it. We’ll all miss this dq, it’s 7 dollar meal deal, and the laughs we’ve had here. So long old friend.
