I came to this location to change my family two phone carrier to Freedom.First phone , the transition went very smoothly.The second phone was not so simple.Sashi , who assisted me through the whole process was amazing. The second phone did not port properly. Sashi text with follow up message on how she will help . After 2 days of trying at home, I went back to kiosk for help. Sashi was very patient and provided excellent customer service. I felt like I was becoming a nuisance but she continued to keep trying and trying to port the phone until it was successful.I never felt I was an inconvenience or a bother of her time.She provided excellent customer service and reached out by text to let me know the port and transfer from another carrier to Freedom was successful.I am in the retail industry as well and I think it's very important to give a shout out to the associates who are truly ambassador to the company.Thank you Sashi, again.

Disgusting customer service. Was told that I had 15-30 days to return an iPhone 12. After 20 days- since I live in Vancouver, I drove over to the new west location and they told me it’s 2 weeks to return it. Now I’m stuck paying a 20$ tab for 2 years on a phone I will never use since I got a different one. Terrible terrible service, go to Vancouver locations and stay clear of sus new west! They do this so they won’t lose their commission. I’m a former employee of freedom as well, we know Toby would not have let this happen. Disappointed and will be warning people to beware and stay clear!

Purchased my pobile here. Helpful and good variety of phones and case/screen protectors. Apparently they have 4 other stores across the city.Do you have their phone number?I would appreciate you letting me know
