I placed an order for my bridal dress from Samsara and it was truly the best decision I made. Thank you so much to the entire team for making me the bridal dress of my dreams! They were so open, transparent and responsive through every single step of this process. From the first meeting, Uzair bhai explains their entire bridal process which really makes you feel comfortable when going ahead to place the order as you know exactly what to expect. Personally, I got even more than what I was promised at the first consultation! Their entire team is so patient, accommodating and understanding. They share pictures every step of the way while the outfit is being made in Pakistan, making sure that the customer has the freedom to make adjustments at any point in time. For me personally, I asked for extra work on my dupatta once the outfit was completed and ready to be shipped. Right away they had it sent to their production and it was done the next day! They also send you sample swatches, colours and embroideries allowing you to pick what you love. I got all my wedding outfits made by different designers and I can with 100% confidence say this was my best experience! They truly do go by the policy of making the customer happy and making the customer's vision a reality. Truly the best experience I could have asked for Alhumdulillah! We had a 5 star experience working with Uzair bhi and the team at Ilsa by samsara couture.From the initial consultation with Saira in Manchester to the selection of colour and embroidery swatches, which they posted to us from Pakistan. To all the updates which were provided promptly with videos and photos of the dress as it was being made, we could not fault their process and dedication to getting us a positive result to our walima dress order. It was perfect. We received it a month before our event and no alterations were required. The colour and embroidery was exactly what we had picked and my daughter received multiple compliments on the day.When disaster struck with our baraat dress, which was coming from a local designer in the uk. A call placed to Uzair bhi 5 days before our event for help in sourcing another dress was the best decision we made.He responded by showing us a range of dresses within 30 mins of the call. Altering the selected item within the hour. And getting it expressed shipped the same day, so that my daughter had a beautiful outfit on her special day. All this without taking any payment till after we had received the dress. Al humdulillahI cannot thank Uzair bhi and the team enough. My duas are always with them who stepped forward in our time of need.My daughter had amazing outfits for both her events. Well done team Ilsa by samsara couture. Uzair is a lifesaver! I came to them after my original dress was a disaster and he was able to make my dream wedding outfit in 2 weeks! Would give more than 5 stars if I could for amazing customer service, personalized and super responsive experience. Not to take away from the absolute impeccable craftmanship on the dress itself - the attention to detail was amazing and fit perfectly! I have bought a couple of dresses from them for the wedding including the bridal , the despair. I tried to keep it to myself the bad experience I have had with them. The bride had a bad rash all over the body particularly on the arms, big dot size red rash after wearing the dress for 8-9hrs. Now that the gold work is tarnished , I thought let me share my experience.Myself experienced the same as the embroidery / tilla / gold work was very uncomfortable. The quality of the work is very nominal. The reason I’m writing this review that all those positive 5 star reviews were offered a big discount to rate them.They could not replicate or reproduced the designs they have it on display. I would say this boutique is neither a designer nor an actual Samsara PK. They are just a shop that is trying to replicate the bridal from Samsara PK.

I had my baraat and valima dresses made by Samsara, and also my husband’s mehndi outfit. I dealt directly with Uzair. Throughout the process, I was sent video and photo updates of my dress, and Uzair did everything he could to ensure my experience was a positive one. With regards to my dresses, they were literally perfect with some minor alterations needed. All of the style and design changes were exactly what I wanted and the quality of the dresses was 100%. Delivery time was as promised. Also, Uzair really helped with my husband’s mehndi outfit, which was done in a span of 2 weeks! Uzair cares about his clients and does everything to make sure they are satisfied. Thanks so much Uzair and Samsara team in Pakistan. Highly recommend them to any bride.

I ordered my bridal dress from Samsara and I couldn't be more happy! I messaged a lot of designers but after talking to team I knew I had to go with them. They were so easy to work with and very responsive to everything I said and wanted. I was sent sample swatches of fabric and embroidery so I knew exactly what my dress would look like. They sent my dress earlier than I was expecting just to help ease my stress about any delays. Uzair was so helpful the entire time and their team in Toronto was so unbelievably kind to my family who visited their shop. I've sent 2 of my friends their way after having such a great experience! I highly recommend!

Got my outfits from Samsara and I couldn't have asked for better bridals!! I got my walima and nikah bridals from them. The customer service was impeccable and everyone was beyond helpful, the designers helped me throughout the process. It was stress-free and I cannot recommend them enough. Do check them out for your events. The outfits came out perfect, I couldn’t be happier.

I got my bridal dress from Ilsa and loved it!! I will be wearing it in a couple weeks for the wedding but as soon as we went to try on the dress I fell in love!I wanted some customizations to the design and colours, and the Ilsa team understood my vision perfectly. Also I was very happy that the sizing was exactly what we had measured so we didn’t need to get extra alterations done.I am very excited to wear this dress iA and definitely recommend Ilsa to future brides looking for dresses!

I placed an order for a bridal lehnga to wear for my brothers wedding and my whole experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I placed my order the entire team was quick, efficient and extremely friendly in addressing any questions I had. They sent me sample swatches so I could pick my colour and even coordinated with me to alter the design to suit my taste. I wish I could give them more stars!!!
