Takes a long time for doing a simple transaction (15 mins). The money order you made from this branch cannot be used, missing both counter signature and authorisation officer signature. If you have nothing to do but wasting your life, this would be the place for you. The worst bank service experience in my life. I would give 0 star if google allows me .

Have been banking at Times Sq branch Richmond Hill for over 20 years. Branch has a good team. Very responsive especially George L who is professional and possess seasoned industry knowledge of personal, small business accounts and mortgage financing.

i tried several bramches of td. this one is really helpful. they are willing to call to verify my nank drafts while i some others dont. they are making bank wires very fast and reliable. the branh of hillcrestmall couldn't even find my previous wire records. i dont know why this branch isn't 5 star. i did not know this place untill my private banking advisor told me he was the branch manager of this branch so he know his people are really helpful.

There was a huge line up today. I didn't end up in it thankfully, because I came to open an RSP account today and went to the front desk greeter woman. I got up to her desk and quickly figured out she didn't actually speak enough English to understand what I wanted. I then gave up.I consider greeters to be representative of the entire business. This one told me that the use of English is not a priority to the manager and frankly, I don't want an adviser I can't understand. I wouldn't have minded if she had spoken in French as I would have understood that. But I don't plan to learn Chinese anytime soon so I won't be back to this location.

Bad customer service.I had a problem with mobile banking, and I asked the telephone customer service for help. The customer service told me to visit a local TD branch and I went to this one. The associate that I dealt with told me to call the telephone customer service again. After that, I called the customer service again and they told me to visit the manager of local TD branch.In summary:Telephone customer service -> Local TD branch -> Telephone customer service -> Local TD branchWell done TD.

I deposited a brank draft made out TO MY NAME to my chequing account. Teller and supervisor said they would have to hold the balance for 5 business days - I tell them the purpose of a bank draft is that the funds should be made available immediatey. They gave an excuse that it may be stolen. A stolen bank draft, really? They said they would fax and contact my other bank and verify and calll me after. Never heard from them. So i guess if they do this to enough customers, they have a huge float they can make money on for a few days.

Worst experience at this branch, especially with the rude middle aged male manager who wears glasses. I have never seen such a rude and savage manger before. Completely has no sense of service. Avoid at all cost!

This branch is beyond top-notch! staffs at this branch are very knowledgeable and very nice! They all work pretty efficiently even when the line is long enough. GREAT customer experience there is ensured!
