I received the BEST pedicure here. I get my nails done often & this was my first time with this company. Hannah made me a fresh coffee & Rosey took her time to care for my legs, feet, & toes with a soothing touch. They even end the pedicure with sunscreen application to the top of your feet. The environment is calm & relaxing. The present a full spa experience & treatment for a basic service, at the same price as the loud, busy, rushed mall salons. I loved it, heading back there today for a manicure.

Got a manicure with my mom! The lady did an excellent job and the nail polish is lasting well (1 week so far). I will be returning here for my nail service!

Came to get my new set today. Service was excellent. I love the atmosphere, everything here was tidy, clean and bright. Absolutely love my nails, the shape, the color are perfect.They also offered water, tea or coffee (yes fresh brewed coffee). Incredible!!!

This is the worst place ever. I went here several times before and always gave a good tip, not because the service was good but just because I find it is expected. The product they used had an awful scent to it that made me feel sick and smelled very toxic. However, it’s close so I went back in to schedule an appointment and the lady was extremely rude. I left but called back later and I felt pressured to get extra stuff done… when I said no thank you she was nasty and slammed down the phone on me. I don’t recommend them at all and they definitely didn’t deserve any tip from me for the way they treated me.Response updated: I didn’t forget. I had an emergency. I called and apologized right away. For all you know someone in my family could be fighting for their life. I don’t do this on a regular occasion. Your response was confusing: first asked me to come back but to get more work done (extra things I hadn’t requested) which I didn’t mind but then you changed your mind and yelled at me and slammed down the phone. * **In the slow seasons, winter, I’ve been a loyal customer and always given generous tips because I like to support local businesses. However, I feel your response was very mean. I would had made it up to you and given a kind extra tip. Inaddition, I was up at6 am and ready to go to the appointment but I received an urgent call. The appointment was only for a 5-10 minute small wax. And I live only couple minutes away. It could’ve been done before 10 if I left right away or I wouldn’t just paid you for a missed service if you were so upset. And not to be unkind but I did book the early opening appointment just before close the previous night so it likely wouldn’t had been booked by anyone else. Granted, you could do a drop in, which I said I would pay for the service to make it up (by another generous tip). I’ve been loyal to your business and always respectful. The way you treated me didn’t feel business like or nice at all.

I have been using Saanich Nails for a couple of years now. I mostly get pedicures but a few times a year I get manicures. I had a manicure this morning. The place is very clean and everyone is always very friendly. Helen did a great job! Thank you !

I have been a regular client of Hannah’s for a couple of years now. I amAlways completely satisfied. The staff are friendly and efficient and Hannah is amazing at doing my acrylic nails and fills! She also fixes any chips or breaks free of charge! She also does lashes and brows and waxing. She is amazing at it all! I cannot recommend Saanich Nails enough!

I booked a manicure with my friend here for her birthday treat because it's near our place. The salon is very clean and neat. We both please with the services and they are really kind. Even the old lady did my nails not quite good in english and she rarely understand what i asked for, Hana( owner) always helping for translate and gave us the best experience. We will come back soon for my birthday next time.

My daughter went to get a full set of gel nails put on yesterday for Christmas. She wanted long, almond shaped nails. They were done super short, thick and pointed. The girl also cut her cuticles and made them bleed. My daughter told her how unhappy she was and I’m assuming because she’s 16 they didn’t care. We will not be back and won’t be sending anyone that way. I feel we should get our money back for this awful service.
