Amazing customer service, excellent prices and financing and superb installation.

The worse experience that I had.They are laying simply. They won't respect their commitment in contract. If they say that they will call you back to give you an update, NEVER they call you. It does not worth to waste your time and money with them. Not recommended!

Marchandises et installations parfaites, mais je ne peux rien dire de bon envers leur service à la clientèle. Lors de l'installation ils ont oublié de livrer ou de joindre les moustiquaires pour les fenêtres, pas trop pratique ces temps-ci. Ça c'était le 26 juin 2023 depuis même après avoir communiqué avec eux la même journée via courriel, et laissé 3 messages téléphoniques même pas la décence de retourner les appels...ça fait pitié...1 étoile dû à leur service après vente...

Totally awful company to do business with. Aside from the poor quality material used to manufacture the door, the service is horrific.I have been waiting almost 6 months for them to fix a part for my door they installed. Every couple of months, a new person shows up to install the wrong part. Every time they come to install it, I have to re-explain the same story about how they ordered the wrong part again. There is clearly no communication between any members of the organization. They are very confused/disorganized about what is going on within their company and with their clients. They have yet to fix my door.Might I add, the reason why I need a new part is because the quality of material used to build the door is so cheap, that - according to the company - the sun warped the material (even though sun only reflects on the door a few hours/day).Consequently, this prevents the patio door from closing properly. It's unfortunate, because I need to replace all the other windows in the house and was looking forward to continuing with this company.

Overall great experience and knowledgeable staff. Really happy with my front door, window and patio door!

I ordered a front door from Magistral with surrounding windows and aluminium siding. From production to installation, there were several mistakes. It took time and a few return visits, but eventually it was installed to our satisfaction. Thank you to Francois for being available and for responding to each of the issues. Our front door looks good now.
