Basco Ottawa | Window Replacement & Repair

We were extremely happy with Basco Ottawa for our window replacement. They replaced 6 windows for us into our existing window frames. They were friendly and professional, on time and the windows look fabulous.Based on our experience with them, we have decided to have them replace a few more windows for us.We highly recommend them.

We wanted to receive a quote from this company to have window panels replaced, we reached out to them because they had really good reviews, well everything suddenly turned for the worse when Dominic ( he does the initial measurements) became triggered because he said I was asking questions he did not know the answers to and felt I was I basically disrespected him. Truth is I asked him 3 questions which was: what brand of panels would his company used, if the work would be warrantied if water started seeping in after their installation was completed and finally if the window program offered by the government presently could apply to this job. At the end of the visit he basically said in a very aggressive tone that he felt disrespected by all my questions, by my tone, and I believe he said that his boss probably would not want to do this job anyways....I believe he is not an asset to this company and totally the wrong person to do initial visit! Good Luck Dominic, I hope you will find a way to be more patient with customers in the future!

I didn't know about this company until this year. When I called to see if they could install my entrance door, I didn't had any expectations but they were really professional and the job was well done. I definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Very good service, very nice people and most of all great quality of work. With their expertise they made me save quite a lot of money. Would absolutly call again if needed.

They were on time, very courteous. They explained everything clearly and worked carefully and steadily.They cleaned up well and left my home very clean. The windows were installed skillfully and look beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

The quality was on point, really professional, the estimate was really quick and easy! The prices are lower than the competition and they are human and understood my need and took the time to plan everything with me! They were really quick on the production day too, and the technician even took time to clean the frame of my windows! I would recommend them to anybody who need widow replacement.
