All my banking experience with Megan has been excellent. Megan has always gone the extra mile in assisting me in my needs. She agrees with me , that there are "no stupid questions" ; smiles and answers/ explains with patience.

They don't answer the phone also hundreds in service fees and pennies in interest

Unprofessional, rude, and never answer the phone. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service. Trying to get a simple document for our mortgage and told no promises". You are a bank. This is your job. Brutal!"

Nicole, you are so great. What service. So friendly. Our mortgage funded as agreed and the rate lowered too. I love this place. Always dealt with big banks before until we moved to Ashcroft 3.5 years ago. Dealing with this local branch of the credit union has always been a pleasure. I cannot remember when a banker answered the phone when I called. They do all the time at this branch rather than spending long periods of time pushing buttons on a phone going from department to department and always getting voice mails. At the big bank I still have a couple of accounts at, I left a voicemail for my banker and sent an email. Still waiting after 2 months for a reply.Not here. Nicole always replies in a short time and surely the same day. The phone gets answered by different staff members with the exception of when they transitioned all their on-line and phone banking services. Understandable given the huge volume they faced in that short time-frame. It is such a PLEASURE to again have old-fashioned banking services available to us.And as for INTERIOR INSURANCE, Jocelyn, Ashley, Bethany (hope I did not forget anyone) you are all AMAZING. First class service. Please pass congrats to them please.Alfonse and Rhonda in gratitude.
