Plaza Premium Lounge (US Transborder, Terminal 1) Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)

This review is for the Plaza Premium Lounge in the US departures of terminal 1.Long wait timeMore crowded than the regular open concept restaurants near the gates.Too cramped and too noisy.Food runs out and is not replaced quickly.Other lounges in the domestic and international lounge are much better.This lounge does not incentivize renewal of credit cards with free lounge passes. The US terminal requires an additional lounge.

Good food and drink options but limited spacing. Had to stand to eat. Friendly staff, but should've closed access and created a waiting line instead permitting people in. Also need to crack down on those not using seating areas as a shared space (i.e. bags occupying seats).

Good Place to rest while you have a longer layover at the Toronto Pearson Airport.You will get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and these menus and dishes change based on the time accordingly.You can grab some good food, snacks, coffee, dessert etc. You can also take a shower to freshen up.This place is right outside the Duty Free Alcohol section near to the gate E77. You can take an elevator to go up there and scan your membership card or credit card to get the entry.

Decent area for some light breakfast snacks.... Don't expect anything too fancy....

The Premium Plaza Lounge at Pearson Airport Domestic Terminal 1 is a top-notch lounge that I would highly recommend to any traveler. This is my preferred lounge for all my weekly trips to Ottawa, as it is easily accessible directly once passed the security.The lounge has recently undergone renovations, and it shows. There is a good selection of food throughout the day, including eggs and sausages, bread, oatmeal, cereal, cakes, and salads in the morning. Coffee machines and espresso machines are also available, as well as a full bar with alcoholic beverages.The lounge is very clean, and there are plenty of tables and seating options to choose from. The washrooms are also clean and well-maintained. Individual booths are available for those who prefer to sit privately, and the large windows overlook the terminal, providing a pleasant view.Overall, the Premium Plaza Lounge at Pearson Airport Domestic Terminal 1 is a great way to relax or grab a bite before a flight. I will always be coming back to this lounge before my flights, and I highly recommend it to any travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient airport experience.

Good overall experience. This lounge is not as good as the international one nor the maple lounge. It has limited seatings but the food is great and the bartender is awesome.

Arrived few hours early from our flight to states . Sofas are there for comfortable waiting , has soup , snacks , rice , 2-3 dishes and pasta . Also sald , tea , coffee and soft drinks.Premium alcohol drinks were extra but rest all included .

5 stars for the staff at this lounge. Space itself is small but staff make it great with excellent food (gf and veg options) and service. Especially grateful to have access for delayed flights. I’ll be back soon!

Overall it’s a good lounge. It has was you need and has good food. Alcohol included as well, which was a nice plus. Seating is good, it was really packed when we went but they did a good job of filling up the space with chairs.Hospitals was great, everyone making sure we are taken care of. Nice lounge!
