Declan is a true full-service realtor. We were first time home buyers in the Windsor area and he made the whole experience as smooth and easy as possible. He was very knowledgeable, quick to book showings, offer advice and commentary on listings, and respected our price point. He also has an eye for build quality, identifying potential problems (big and small). He’s open and honest about the negotiation process, is a strong negotiator, and we always felt he was working in our best interests, especially as we came down to the wire with the home bought. I don't know that we would have gotten the home if he hadn't negotiated for us. He is also very calm which is a blessing in this crazy market. From start to finish, we felt we were in good hands with Declan and will certainly work with him again in the future. Thanks Declan!

Started looking To purchase my first property 3months ago, even though I didn’t know a lot of stuff about buying a house, Declan walked me through everything, step by step. Declan Mulhall is the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. my family and i have been looking to sell our home and move into a newer one for years now! but it never seemed possible with the prices and the way other realtors dealt with it. however. he changed the game for us. first of all, he is an amazing person to deal with, very experienced, helpful, QUICK AND EXTREMELY SMART, and gives the best advice regarding the buying/selling. he made it very easy to go through the process of buying and selling. he got us 50 SHOWINGS under the pandemic circumstances, sold our home for an even higher price than we wanted only a week after it was put on the market, and got us a home for an even better price! he is simply a realty genius. very flexible, NICE, and easy going. does NOT get tired or annoyed no matter how many houses we viewed or the unrealistic expectations we had, he actually managed to get us the unrealistic expectations and a bit more! he does give his clients the best possible experience and meets everything the client needs. very energetic, positive with a smile on his face which is a huge relief for my stressed out family, and passionate about his job and helpfulness to his clients. 10/10 already recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so. you will not be disappointed with his services, he is THE BEST.
