Sat in drive thru for 27 min from 10:04 to 10:34 was skipped several times. While I watched 4 cars order and they were yet to acknowledge us at all for the girl to say “oh well they ordered small things” and “ the manager said “ they are new” . When it wouldn’t have even mattered what they ordered when I wasn’t even acknowledged at all by the staff just for them to say keep waiting while we serve everyone else???!!!!! Why am I waiting still why is there even line then… if u can’t control two lanes for drive thru close one !!!!!!!

I went to McDonald’s after a very long work night just looking for a quick, warm meal. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, Instead I was given the exact opposite. After an hour wait, with at least 30 minutes parked after ordering. A lady came over and admitted they forgot about my order and didn’t know where it went. After finally receiving my order, I open it to find cold food, rock hard chicken nuggets, a dry- condiment less burger (especially when I asked for extra ketchup because they always seem to lack on the sauces) and a poutine with cold hard fries and barely any toppings. I know what it’s like to work on the food service industry, and I understand when it’s busy, how things can get messed but tonight was way past that point. I don’t know what was more disappointing, the wait or the food. It just reminds me why I only go there as a last resort option.

Past three times I've ordered food there has been a mistake (see photo for spicy chicken patty on what should have been a sausage mcgriddle - wth?) items missing (utensils and sauce) and the fries rushed out and not crispy. Also, food has taken longer than other McDonald's to receive. Service has certainly taken a dive in the past few years so they should review their management. Haven't got food poisoning at least so two stars to be generous. Definitely will reduce my visits to this location.

Words can't describe how much of a disappointment this place is. Firstly, the workers lack communication and common sense. So indoor ordering closes at 11:00pm. I wasn't aware, my bad, however. We waited until 11:15pm for someone to tell us. After 3 employees looked at us. The girl who told us gave the most rudest repulsive look out there. So rude I hope she gets fired.Secondly, management is terrible. You have employees arguing with each other. Customers waiting decades for their order. Very unprofessional environment.Lastly, management do better.

I honestly wish I could delete the 1 star. This place is a disaster. I try to find a little positivety whereever I go but there was none to be found during my visit yesterday, kiosk payment didn't work then I waited in line with a bunch of frustrated swearing customers because there were about 30 employees tripping over each other with no one finding the time to manage the till. Finally got my payment in and then the looooooooonnnnnnnng 3/4 hour or longer wait for 2 cups of coffee, a few dry mini donuts and small ice cream. Management needs a serious overhaul or something has to happen. Oh well, I guess that's McDonald's, anyway that particular one.

Stopped by on our road trip, and it took 50 minutes to get our food... we got 2 orders of chicken nuggets, and after waiting 25 min in line then paying, then they parked us, and then another 25 mins until we got our food. The fried were hot, but the nuggets definitely were not fresh out of the fryer, so I'm not sure why it took that long. A bit ridiculous since it's supposed to be a fast food" place and lately every one I go to is ridiculously slow. But this was by far the worst experience."

Drive through is slow! Like, you are 20 mins early for work so you figure your good to stop for a coffee and then 25 minutes later your still sitting in the drive through and haven't moved, SLOW! I'm going to start going to Timmy's as you shouldn't need 30 minutes to get a coffee! The scenario doesn't change if you go inside either!

waited in the drive-thru for over an hour. They only took orders in one lane. Ignored me completely! literally didn’t get to order. Called the business as well and the worker hung up the phone on me.

The consistent frustrating morning lineup, when 95% of the people are just getting coffee is gotten to the point of absolute ridiculousness. The older woman who works there in the mornings is a pathetic excuse for an employee. Cannot get your order correct and takes absolutely forever in serving people. It is the worst McDonald’s, and all of Manitoba in my opinion and management should seriously look at these reviews and make adjustments or possibly try to help out when it is busy I have never seen this “new owner” that was promising “ turning the restaurant around “ and was nominated for new entrepreneur of the yea. I never have seen her do not know what she looks like - zero managerial presence. READ YOUR STINKING REVIEWS.!!!!!
