I have been using Ubiquity Unifi products since around 2014. The Unifi line is small to medium business and not plug and plug like any commercial off the shelf networking products. That being said, as a networking professional, I love the price point (compared to other network equipment manufacturers) and the customization the products offer me. Another amazing feature is the no subscription model. Once you buy the equipment, you get the updates for free. On the down side, support is hit and miss. Sometimes I get a quick reply, other times, complete silence. Another issue is the stock. Products are often out of stock.

Fantastic, user-friendly products for small business users with a good community of users online who can provide troubleshooting help. Very poor supply chain management - constantly waiting to buy network pieces we need because they are out of stock for months on end.

Ordering is easy. Shipping was super fast. And when I emailed their support team with a question, I actually got an answer back solving the issue I had!! So far so good!
