Ordered 6 meals for our family, as walk in customer. Poutines on the fries were too salty. There was lots of salt on the fries. Employees said that they add salt on the fries. But it was too much for me, for my wife and for my father in law. Other meals were nice and tasty. Purine with fries too much salty.

First of all i am not a person who usually give reviews. I am posting this review because of the worst and pathetic experience that i had from here. I just ordered one student special chicken on rocks on april 14th 2023 at 4:13 pm i am mentioning time in order to get the management to know who did these worst things . I ordered one student special chicken on rocks with medium spice. And that lady (aged around 40 ,45asked me for student id . Her face was in a way in which i asked her for free food. when i showed her my student id she needs me to download spc application. I don’t understand why i needs to download spc card to prove i am a student. I was in a little hurry i was not in a mood to have a debate. So i gave her full cash to get my food . I am living in Oshawa I have been to osmos in oshawa many times i never faced such a disgusting situation from there. When it comes to food I ordered medium hot and I don’t know how come it becomes medium . This is the worst chicken on rocks that i ate in my life time. I never visit this osmos anymore

The shawarma that was served to us was from yesterday and lacked any taste. In the pictures, you can clearly see the stark contrast between the advertised dish on the menu and what we actually received, which was devoid of the promised salad.Based on my experience, I would give this establishment a 0-star rating

I was pleasantly surprised with my dish, the fries were hot and fresh, they didn’t skimp on the meat and the sauce was tasty. The hot sauce is yum but it is definitely hot! I think this is going to be added into my roster of go-to, quick take-out dishes.

I don’t know why but they just don’t ever put enough sauce anymore no matter what. I always pay for extra and ask but it’s like they are rationing. if you’re going to serve dry beef and rice gotta sauce it up

I visited store today and give two orders.Employees, three young boys they serve others who came after me and even online orders, but forgot me there 15 minutes until I asked my order.I kindly asked and expecting some responses but no answer, no responses just looking my face and ignored.Unprofessional service.I asked store manager, and one of the young boys says I am supervisor now.Honestly, I regret to give tip, even no service just cashier pos system asking it. I was almost cancel the order and asking refund, but they apologize for forgetting me. I said not satisfied from their service, but none of them really care because not business owners.Hope one of those owners can see these feedback and train them to respect people even not only for service also for listen others, give some answer instead of ignoring and consider their valuable time.

I have been going to this particular location for about 2 years. The staff are fantastic there!! The food is always good. I really like the atmosphere as well. I am happy we have an Osmow's here in Belleville. Delicious!!
