I am not a paying customer of Ms Victoria I met her several years ago through a fellow buying parts on my old mercedes w126 300sd. That car started life as an import from Fatherland 380se. It has features not known to N American models. ABS brakes and decommissioned gas heater. Probably similar design as the ones came with during the early days of VW bug. This 380se had a turbo diesel engine installed. I found Victoria very knowledgeable. Have seen exotic cars came and go from there. She and her friendly staffs can't be all thumbs!

I came in because my super cluster wasn't working. He ordered a new one but when I was on my way to my apt I boosted my vehicle and it came back on. He decided to run a parasitic draw test and charged me for 4 hours of work to do so and unplugged my radio saying thats what caused it and said I should need to replace the radio. I didn't have time for this repair as I was moving and put my vehicle into storage. As it's my winter vehicle now that I am using it again I was without radio/music which sucked so I made an apt. to have it put back on...at the new shop they ran the same tests and saw nothing is wrong with the radio and there is no draw. I think it is very unfair I was charged for 4 hours of work to find fault in a radio that another shop is telling me is running fine? He insists it took him 4 hours to find this problem that apparently no longer exists just by the SUV not being driven. I'm not a mechanic but I've now paid over $800 for tests just to have my radio disconnected and reconnected and with no current problem... The first time I've ever felt ripped off by a mechanic though he insists he did 4 hours of work for me.

Had Brought my car to the Mercedes Dealership for a Service, this was right when my warranty ran out. My Heater was already broken so I had them fix that, cost me about $600.When I brought my car in they told me I needed a new battery and my transfer case was leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked them how much and they quoted me about $3600 for everything.I was shocked as this happens to be right when my warranty ran out.Luckily I shopped around and found Norwescan! Victoria was very helpful and honest, she not only troubleshooted what was wrong with my car. But she also found out it wasn't my transfer case at all and it was something else. Also instead of a $400 battery, she found me one for just under $200, all in all the whole bill was just under $700What a SAVINGS!Would recommend them to any Mercedes Owner! Thanks Victoria!

Absolutely fantastic service and people running this operation. I've been working with Victoria @ Norwescan for around 3 years and she is, without question, the best mechanic I've ever worked with.Truthful and blunt is how I would describe her. And don't expect Victoria to sugar coat it if you don't bring your car into her for any irregularities. I've been scolded by her on more than one occasion for not bringing my car to her earlier, and rightfully so.Whether Mercedes, BMW or Toyota, I wouldn't hesitate to bring any car I owned to Victoria!Kudos to Norwescan!

I called Norwescan Motors to ask about an issue with my Mercedes. Victoria was quick to refer me to another mechanic for my ICBC claim to help make the process easier. My car ended up being written off but the service I received was nothing short of exemplary! Thank you Victoria for not shrugging off a cx during holiday rush. You were amazing!

Amazing experience with Victoria and the team at Norwescan. Got a PPI done on a 2013 S550. Victoria was very patient with me and explained all the deficiencies along with what work I can expect to be doing to the vehicle should I choose to buy it. I did end up buying the car! After putting a timeline in place, Victoria walked me through what maintenance and repair items we'd need to do in the next few months. I even asked if we could do some work which she deemed unnecessary and said to monitor/do later. As someone without a whole lot of car knowledge, I still never felt rushed or taken advantage of and would definitely recommend Norwescan to family/friends.Thanks again Norwescan!

My daughter's car had a transmission noise so she took it to Mr Transmission in North Van. He said she needed a new transmission. I heard about Norwestcan and told her to take it there. Victoria drove it 30 feet and she said it's low on transmission fluid. Problem solved.Honest and knowledgeable.
