Asked for a taper fade and a lineup he gave me the exact same as I asked and I had a good conversation with Sal

They have no idea what they're doing. Went in for a trim, I didn't want the sides too high and I wanted to keep the comb over. He was rushing through the haircut and lets just say by trying to fix it, it got shorter and shorter. Bit of an important day for me today since I am taking engagement pictures. I have never seen a barber hold down my hair and use a razor with a head attachment. So now my sides go fade to short to hair. The back and my right side is actually shorter above the fade. Super patchy looking and there is not enough hair for the comb over that I had.

I live on the island. But I come here for cut whenever im in town. Easy parking, shop is clean and cool, the brothers are friendly and easy to communicate with. Just tell them how you like it, you will be out satisfied.

For a first timer in a new country, I was very hesitant to go to any barber, but Heisman barbers were at rescue.Sal was so courteous, polite and extremely helpful. He recommended hairstyle and beard shape and man he is a magician. Always had a great experience here with either Ali or Sal. I show up on time and they are already waiting for me and they both give me excellent cuts (zero fades with whatever I request). Been going here for 2 years now since I Moved right next door and switching barbers is usually stressful. Both of them are super easy to chat to or if you want to just close your eyes and get your haircut they're good with that as well. Even better now with the online pre-booking system.Barbers skills: 5/5ease of use: 5/5Not sure the random 1 stars I see here but it looks like people walking in 20 minutes+ after their appointment and expecting the world. I've had 3 barbers before this including a much more expensive one when I lived in Coal Harbor and this is my #1 so far.

Sal and Ali are the best barbers in Richmond. I’ve been going here since they opened and they are the only barbers I trust with my hair. Location is great, lots of parking, the shop is cool, they got video games, music, and sports playing 24/7 and easy online booking.

My daughter told me about this place. I decided to take a chance. I had Ali take care of me today. He listened to what I wanted but i asked for his feedback as well. Ali did a great job with the little hair I had left. I felt very comfortable and really good about the results. The shop is in a fairly empty area of the condo parking lot. You'll see it as you pull up to the parking lot to the right.By the way the price is right for the excellent attention to detail Ali and his brother take into account. The store is adorned with some jerseys and sports related memorabilia. The leather couches are a nice touch and the music is a nice add. They even have a video game console! Good thinking. Ali finished my cut in 10 minutes hastily so he can move on to the next customer. 30 bucks for a half-hearted job, not worth it.

Great experience and great haircut. Sal does the best fades, and line ups in town! Listens to what I want and also gives his input/suggestions. Cool shop as well, great place to chill and watch some sports while waiting for the haircut. His online booking system also ensures that there is no long line ups. I highly recommend Sal and Heisman Barbers!
