I had a great Massage therapy experience at Alta-Sask with Zouhair Malaeb. I had multiple sessions with Zouhair and I have found him very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled therapist. He was able to treat the discomfort I had with my back, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend him and will definitely be back for more treatment sessions. I found Zouhair Malaeb to be very knowledgeable in terms of nutrition and therapeutic massages. He is the professional to ask for when you would like to know more about stress therapy or if you feel any discomfort and body aches. He would ask you more about how you would like to improve your body to make it healthy again and forget about your bad habits and change your lifestyle. It was a relaxing experience to get rid of body aches, it was definitely a relief.

Five stars! I went through multiple Physio treatment sessions at Alta-Sask Wellness for a collarbone injury, and was very satisfied with my experience. Dharmanshu Lightwala is so friendly and fun to work with, he is the absolute man! He is always positive and uses his knowledge in an interesting, applicable manner. I looked forward to every appointment and left knowing how to do activities specific to my program. With his guidance I am on the way to a healthy recovery! The building and equipment are well sanitized, and the staff are great. I will definitely be coming back for any future treatments and would recommend.

Great place to have rehabilitative services. I have been taking massage therapy regularly. Zouhair is very good at what he does. The physiotherapists are ready to address the musculoskeletal issues.

I was having health issues & made an appt to see a physiotherapist. Dilawar Maan assessed me and found I was having back issues. Within a couple of appts he recommended exercises and my pain lessened greatly. I recommend him highly!
